Cozy Waikiki Vacation Rental with Partial Ocean Views - Great for families!

THIS IS A LEGAL CONFORMING VACATION RENTAL UNIT.

Our 2-bedroom presidential suite has a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and two full-sized beds in the guest bedroom, allowing maximum comfort and privacy for our guests. It comes with a full kitchen and has views of the water, mountains, and city lights. There are 3 lanais (balconies) from where you can enjoy the cool ocean breezes or watch the canoe races on the Ala Wai Canal.

This immense 2-bedroom suite stretches from one end of the building to the other, giving ample space to relax and make yourself at home. Also unique to this suite is the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit.

Wake up and cook breakfast in the kitchen or savor a delicious breakfast at one of the many restaurants close by, then take a leisurely stroll to the world-famous Waikiki Beach where you can take surf lessons, watch a hula performance, or just lay out and sunbathe on the beach. Along the way you will pass the Waikiki Strip and encounter dozens of world-class shops, eateries, and entertainment. Browse through the local stores and pick up unique souvenirs. With all the sights and sounds to take in, walking the Waikiki Strip could easily be a full day's excursion!

Everything is within walking distance, but if you choose to venture out farther there are major bus and trolley lines half a block away from the property. If shopping is your thrill, the island's biggest mall (Ala Moana Shopping Center) is only a mile away. The Hawaii Convention Center is less than a mile away, and Hawaii's historical sites like Iolani Palace, Chinatown, and Downtown Honolulu are less than 4 miles away.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in this rental! It was easy to walk to the beach, shops and convention center. Unit was clean and nicely furnished. We had one problem with a clogged drain in one of the showers and the owner was very quick to respond. They immediately had it fixed. We highly recommend this rental!

Downtown Honolulu

The condo is in a prime location with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, making it a convenient spot for exploring the area. However, parking is limited, and the 50 daily valet is the only option, which can add up. Overall, the location is a big plus.

A little disappointed

Overall. We expected more quality and a better experience. Pros:- Okay location but a long walk from beach activities (surfing, International Marketplace, etc.).- Nice big 2nd/2ba unit. A/C worked well.- TV in every room.- ABC Store a block awayCons:- PARKING. Some of the reviews said street parking was easy but that wasn’t our reality. Also, the front desk told us that if you don’t pay and park in the designated times & parking lines on the street, you will be ticketed and towed. We ended up paying 50 per night, per car, plus tips since the only option was valet. -WASHER/DRYER. We arrived to a broken washer/dryer. Delivery 3 days later came with a damaged machine. Another W/D arrived 3 days later and didn’t work right. - KITCHEN. Not fully functional. Light/vent does not work. The little island is an old 4-coil electric stove. Could be super dangerous, especially with little ones.- POOL. Mostly in shade during the day. Also, the deck was slippery; needs to be maintained and power washed. We only used the pool once..

It was perfect! Beautiful views, 3 balconies, clean, friendly staff, and lovely condo! Easy access to the property management. They answered the phone immediately. Great area!

Close to everything!

The place was great, very comfortable and close to everything. Parking is terrible and expensive so try to park on the street, but don't forget Monday & Friday mornings you can't be in certain areas.

Spacious, clean, & bright

Great location, and very spacious for a family of four. The building was very clean, and the pool was small but nice. Parking in the building was expensive ($50/day), but metered parking in the area was pretty easy to find. Had a great stay!

Location was amazing. Parking on the street was always found. Our parking situation was much better than our friends who had to pay $65 a night for a garage.

Great things: cleanliness, location, 2-BR/2-BA good sized to accommodate our 4-adult family, 3 balconies with amazing views, well-supplied kitchen, AC units, king mattress very comfortable Not-so-good: LR couches look great in photos but are very uncomfortable; double mattresses very worn and uncomfortable, bathroom faucets leaking - had to be repaired immediately after check in, coffee maker in poor condition But all said, we’d stay again

Large apartment

We enjoyed our stay 6 days .Location was quite ok. A fair walk to the beach, but a nice area and a little bit quieter. Apartment is large but quite dated and the sofas are very uncomfortable,(a new coffee table is definitely needed)but beds are comfy enough . Lots of balconies to sit and enjoy the views and Friday night fireworks !!

In the city

GREAT VIEW main balcony, yes there are 3! Ocean to the right and a water pass through to the left where you can regularly see people in canoes. Spacious apartment. Plenty of room for the family. Not far from Waikiki beach and plenty of restaurants and a night scene

Great family get-away

We were so happy that this property exceeded our expectations! The kids (teens) loved having two beds and their own bathroom. The master bedroom was very spacious! It may sound silly but the water pressure in the showers was great and the AC nice and cold. Although you only need the AC after a long day out, as the breeze from the lanai is great (and no bugs!) The lanai could use new furniture. We were able to cook in the unit but had to wash dishes often as supplies are a little limited, but dishwasher pods were provided. Having a washer/ dryer in unit is great, although dryer takes awhile. Our only complaint has nothing to do with the unit, but the property itself. With one of three elevators being repaired for the rest of the year, the elevators were busy and wait time could get long with that many floors. Hazel was very communicative and gave lots of great recommendations, but the fact that we didn't need to contact her for anything says it all! Our friends who rented in a different building near us were envious of our find!

Ohau family trip

This was perfect for a group with 2 young kids and 4 adults. Easy access to laundry was great. The dryer does take a while to dry clothing. Great location for ease of access, parking is a bit difficult though. We had ordered sand toys to be dropped off at the hotel and they would not accept the drop off at first since the place is not the hotel, however they were accommodating. Separate ac systems were perfect for young kids that wanted it warmer and adults coming from colder weather. Overall 5 star rating.

Pluses and minuses

The location, spactiousness, and the view/balconies were top notch. No surprises there. Cheryl with VRBO was extremely helpful, she couldn't have done more to help us. BUT... The furnishings were shabby, some were broken and uncomfortable. The kitchen was very poorly equipped with only 2 dinner knives, very few glasses, no hot pads or cookie sheets, I kitchen towel, and no dishwasher soap provided. We managed, but by comparison to every other VRBO I have stayed in, this was substandard. I would give it overall a 6 out of 10.

Amazing Accomodation

We were 'over the moon' about our Waikiki accomodation.It was spacious with windows facing views in every direction. There were massive sliding doors and windows to open and bring in the Honolulu breezes. The walls of windows looked to city, canal and ocean views. The city lights at night were incredible and we had a great view of the Friday fireworks. We were always on one of the three balconies enjoying the location, views and each other's company for hours. The accomodaton was spotless and had all that we needed for our stay. It was so difficult to leave and wish we could have stayed for much longer. We'll definitely be back.

Good value for the area

Finding reasonably priced accommodations in the Waikiki area is hard. Overall the place met our family’s needs, though I suggest a deep cleaning of the place and replacement of the stained carpets.

Fantastic space and location

I’ve rented other properties on Oahu as this is our 8th visit to Waikiki. This one is wonderful. It’s clean and well kept. It’s thoughtfully stocked with full hand soap, dish soap , laundry detergent, coffee filters, new sponge, etc. Therd is even a air bed , body boards, beach umbrella, play pen and stroller amongst other things. We had a minor issue with a sink plunger which was immediately remedied. My issue is my family is large so sometimes we need a 3rd bedroom - but I’ll find a excuse to go back for this unit!
