Great location. Very clean relaxing. The neighborhood is pristine e and easy walk to beach. This is a second floor property which has 3or 4 small sets of stairs. Just to note. They were safe and good - just keep in mind d for older or disabled. Going to try and book one level down if available. It’s a great place!!!

Love this property and host!

The location and property are awesome!Super close to beach access, surf shop, grocery store, pharmacy, and food spots.These hosts are great and very responsive!

Perfect vacation!

Our family had such a fun time in the ocean city. The house was gorgeous up-to-date and we loved that rooftop deck. It was really close to the beach so an easy walk. Looking forward to staying again.

The house hadn't been cleaned before we arrived so we spent our first day of vacation cleaning up someone else's mess. So that was a huge bummer. But the owners were very communicative and willing to remedy the situation, which we really appreciated. The house itself was nice and the location was great. A short walk to the beach, Hoy's, ice cream, playground, basketball and tennis courts. There's a beautiful porch off the living room with really comfy furniture, which was our favorite part of the house.

Great location. 5mins walk to the beach and very close to amenities.

The property and surrounding is very clean. The access staircase to the 2nd floor was tight but the view from the balcony’s was beautiful. Would definitely visit again

Long weekend

We had such a great time! The check in process was very easy and the property was very clean! We were so close to the beach that it made the trip very easy with a toddler and baby. We would love to come back and stay at this location!

Great vacation

The house was just what our family needed! Everything had been recently updated and was very clean. Kitchen had all necessary supplies. Beach was close and comfortable. Would definitely visit again!

Perfect getaway space!

We rented the property for a college reunion weekend. Space was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Kasey and Jim were wonderful hosts. We would come back again in a heartbeat!

Beautifully decorated, clean and close to the beach!

I loved our stay at your beach home. It was very convenient to the beach and beautifully decorated and maintained. The homeowners really thought of everything and it was all available for you upon arrival. My only suggestion would be to put a bigger bed in the master with a comfier mattress. My family had a great stay! Thank you!!!!

We had a great time. The weather was acceptable for the season. Owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the front door becoming locked/secured accidently. That door is very out of alignment and needs adjusted. The smoke detector was missing from the main family room/kitchen area.

Ocean City 2024

We loved our stay in this perfectly located beach house. Parking was not an issue. We definitely left the house cleaner than when we arrived. Laundry area was very dirty and the hall bathroom was not up to our standards. All and all, we had a great vacation in one of our favorite places on earth !!!!

Great weather and location!

The home was a great size and had good accommodations. The only problem is we paid too much. We had to clean it, which took over an hour and pay for a third night when we only stayed for two. I would happy to recommend staying her if we can get some compensation for the cleaning at least. Jim was easy to access but the leasing company failed to make mention about the state of the house and the third days payment.

We thank you for choosing to stay in our Ocean City beach home. We know there are many options out there for guests and we take great measures that our guests have a wonderful and memorable stay. As to your notes, you were informed before booking that there was a three night minimum, however to accommodate your two night request we opted to only charge you half the amount of the third night - $75, as well as offering you the downstairs unit since the top floor was unavailable due to your last minute request to rent. Once we heard that there was some minimal cleaning needed we offered to send a cleaning service out to you immediately which you deferred. We are apologetic that you weren't 100% satisfied, if choosing to stay with us in the future we look forward to working with you to ensure your future memories at our Ocean City beach home are as wonderful as possible.

Really enjoyable stay...

This was our 2nd year renting with another couple in Oct. House was perfect for the 4 of us and we love the roof top deck and location of the house. Disappointed that owner had not had blinds fixed in bedroom since we checked in mid week...time enough to repair. At least 4 verticals were missing which caused lots of light to shine in as soon as sun came up and left us with little privacy for dressing, especially in the evening. Other than that, it was a fun time.
