Only one block to the beach! Close to the rocks for crab hunting.(children's favorite)

Walk to everything Hampton has to offer. Leave the car behind and enjoy the fresh air.

Bright and cheery 3 bedroom cottage has a small deck with table to enjoy your morning coffee, gas stove, microwave oven, and fully supplied kitchen. Also included is a Weber gas grill for the for the BBQ masters, and outdoor dining. The yard is fenced in so it's easier to watch the little ones. This cute cottage includes a fully supplied kitchen, internet, streaming with Roku and Hulu+Live TV. Relax in front of the TV on the couch with 2 built in recliners. Pillows and bedcovers are included.

Owners will be cleaning the unit themselves to insure that the unit is immaculate when you arrive!

Bedroom 1 is a full size bed, bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunk bed, bedroom 3 is a single. There is room to sleep one on the couch

It was a perfect place our annual girls’ weekend! Close to the beach and restaurants. Mary was a wonderful host and we would recommend this property to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—such an easy and convenient walk to both the beach and the boardwalk, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Everything was just as we hoped, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a great place to stay near Hampton Beach!

Great location ! We felt like we paid a lot for off season , had to bring all our own sheets , towels and paper products and were supposed to have just one parking space . Overall it was fine but it felt like camping .

Lots nearby, smaller place for kids, but otherwise wasn't bad. They do not provide paper products, linen, or towels which made things difficult. They could do a better job make sure you knew where the gas shutoff is and a carbon monoxide sensor is.

I'm sorry you were disappointed but the issue with supplies is clearly spelled out in the property description. I'm not understanding why you booked something that didn't meet your needs. I always tell my clients to contact me with any questions. You failed to do that. You could have contacted me at any time during your stay. I would have told you the carbon monoxide sensor is part of the smoke detectors. I hope your next stay at Hampton is more to your liking.

This was a great beach cottage to stay at, very well kept, the location is perfect, far enough off the main strip to have some peace and quiet at night, yet everything is right there in walking distance. There’s a little grocery store and laundry mat around the corner along with many cafes, restaurants and bars. The yard is nice, can’t beat the price for being at the beach, and a lovely place. Certainly family-friendly. Lastly, if you need anything the host is very responsive. I highly recommend this beach cottage, I will certainly stay again.

The cottage was in a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and morning coffee, as well as a small grocery store around the corner. Nice backyard. Comfortable beds. Living area was small but lay out gave us plenty of space.

Great stay

Everything was clean and well kept. Mary responded to my questions very quickly. The walk to the beach was short enough that the kids didn't complain. After a long drive to get here it was great that we could find everything we needed/wanted within walking distance. Next time we will stay longer.

Perfect Hampton House

The perfect house minutes away from the boardwalk and beach! Friendly neighborhood. All ammenities needed for a family getaway! Definitely try to book again! Reccomneded to others!

Nice rental

cute little house close to boardwalk and beach. hosts were great about getting in touch when needed. my only wish was that the back yard was more divided. we didn't feel comfortable using back yard since there were a lot of ppl in near by house that we shared yard with.

Great Location

Property was a perfect location. Beds were a little uncomfortable though, and alot of dust and a few cobwebs which was bad for 2 people with allergies. Maybe a towel rack or hooks near shower to hang your towel, and a hair dryer. These would be my only suggestions. But other then that, there was very nice neighbors and a cute bunny who lived in the back yard. Would definitely stay again

Thank you for your review. I wish you had told us of the dust. The unit was empty the week prior. We would have taken care of it. I'm sorry you felt the beds were uncomfortable. The front bedroom got a new mattress delivered at the beginning of the month. I ordered firm. Mattresses can be tough. Everyone has their own idea of what's perfect. Thank you for your suggestions and saying you would stay again.

Perfect little cottage!

I stayed for 2 nights with my family of SEVEN, including 5 kids ages 7-17. I was worried the cottage would be too small but it really wasn't! It was well-appointed and very clean. We did use the couch, which was long enough for our 6'4" son. I do wish there was an extra blanket and pillow for the couch but it was ok. The AC was much needed, the coffee shop next door was awesome, there is a grocery store about a block away, and the walk to the beach was short. It was also very quiet at night. We didn't use the backyard but it was very large. A 10 out of 10!
