Stay and Play in Hot Springs Village in this little gem near the main gate! Enjoy an open plan with walls of windows to take in the beautiful views with your favorite people! Cook up a big breakfast, grill out on the back deck, gather in the cozy living areas, or around the game table.. whether you are coming to golf, hike, fish, boat, explore Hot Springs or to simply relax.. this vacation rental provides the perfect home base!
This home is cozy with a gorgeous living room where natural light floods the interior through large windows overlooking Arkansas natural beauty!
The primary suite features a king bed, smart tv, access to a walk-in closet, and desk for remote workers with attached bathroom.
The 2nd suite features a queen bed, smart tv, and closet with bathroom next door.
The suites are located on opposite ends with living area in between to maximize privacy.
A murphy double bed is located in the living area to provide extra space to sleep.

Nice location near the west gate of HSV. The house was clean and neat and easy to find. The pet-friendly location was very nice. Very nice back deck for relaxing and enjoying the forest. Would absolutely come back.

Great home and location. Pets welcome was a big factor in selecting this home. Let me assure you, the house was clean and odor free. Very comfortable with a great view. Lake Balboa beach is the best place to cool off after a day of adventures. I would book again without hesitation.

Great parking, would advise bath mats in both shower and tub would help very slick!, higher bed and toilet would be nice, overall a great place to stay!

We were here to settle my parents’ estate. This house was comfortable and located very conveniently to the west gate. We weren’t able to check in upon our arrival due to a mix up with the cleaning schedule, but our host generously offered us an additional night. Nice forest view with lots of windows. A nicely stocked kitchen, deck with a grill, and plenty of space and seating. We and our dogs had plenty of room to relax. We would definitely stay again!

Short but great stay. The house is very comfortable. Great views of the trees from the numerous windows! House is conveniently located near the West gate.

Was close to the main gate and was pet friendly. Would recommend the host get some type of anti slip mat for the bath due to it being slick. Also recommend some type of curtain for privacy at night for the guest that uses the pull down day bed in the den area. It was Fourth of July weekend and the grill did not work which was a little disappointing. Overall a good location and nice place to stay.

It was a great property! Very clean and the host was easy to get a hold of! A little farther from downtown than I wanted to be and was hoping the property had a yard for the dog. Other than that, we had a great stay and was a nice area!

A very nice place to stay. The yard is very steep so I had to find somewhere else to walk my dog. The side street across the road was useable. There’s a trail, Desoto trail, about a mile a way behind the Shell gas station that was a good walking trail for the dog with a large grassy area. There is a dog park but there is no shade or grass.

This property was perfect !! Had everything we needed. The bed in master was soooo comfortable! Everything was so clean & nice. Perfect location! Close to restaurants & shopping centers!! Would definitely stay here again!! Also, dog friendly , which was a plus

Clean, Cozy and Comfortable!! Loved the Arkansas room with its beautiful tree top views! Enjoyed eating our meals on the wonderful deck! Host has thought of everything you need for your visit. Stay and Play and Relax and Enjoy!!!!

Perfect place to stay. minutes from the main west gate - and minutes from Desoto Club that has really good food.Love that it is pet friendly - we brought our 2 dogs. Desoto dog park is just an 8 minute drive and was super convenient for our dogs to be able to stretch their legs and run.amenities were great. Master Bed was very comfortable. Reclining couch was great as well.will stay again.

We stayed for 10 days with our dog. The house was roomy with plenty of seating, the kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware and basic seasoning, and everything was in good working order. The bed was comfortable. It is close to Hot Springs with plenty to do there. We also spent time in local shops and restaurants. A grocery store is just outside the West gate and Wal-mart is nearby if you need anything. If we return to Hot Springs area we would stay here again.

Great place and would stay again! Safe neighborhood. Very clean house. Plenty of kitchenware and well stocked with paper towels and dish pods. Towels, blankets, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Games to play. Beds were comfortable.

We loved the cabin! No complaints here. Driveway and roads would be tough in the winter without 4 wheel drive. The view driving up so high on mountain was so worth it.

amazing little place, great to see it was so clean, car port, beds were so comfortable, great to see large tvs in all bedrooms (thank you)...Host was great and answered our questions. small pets the house is great for them but no back yard (hill) and street is busy in front however you can walk the little family member across the street to a calm road (cul-de-sacs) be careful the temps are hot down for your pets. we can't wait to rent it again...OH, love the towels, thick and comfortable compare to other vero properties that provide see through bath towels... THANK YOU

Great vacation rental! Extremely clean and well stocked with everything you could need. We brought our dog and enjoyed several days here. Comfortable furniture, beautiful view of the woods, and everything was in great shape. Top notch rental!
