With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and multiple living and dining areas, it comfortably accommodates families, groups of friends, traveling together. Guests love the elegant foyer, warm living rooms, and fully equipped kitchen, as well as the convenience of laundry, WiFi, cable TV, and ample parking — The combination of size, comfort, and unbeatable location makes this property truly stand out ,ALSO Please Note: The property includes a separate basement unit with its own private entrance that may be occupied by the owner or a long-term resident. Guests have exclusive use of the main house. There are no shared indoor living spaces. A friendly small Shih Tzu lives in the basement unit and may occasionally be seen outdoors on the property.

My family and I was very comfortable in the Khubsoorat home, it is a very lovely home very clean and neat, we had all the amenities we need it to make it feel like home. we couldn't have ask for a better experience. Ms. Khubsoorat checked on us to make sure we were ok from time to time. The neighborhood is so nice and peaceful, just down the street around the corner there are plenty of retail, dining, theaters, grocery stores even a small amusement park.,I enjoyed my stay very much.

I would like to thank our host as she was amazing! We had some concerns prior to checking in, but she addressed everything we inquired about. She even met us at her property when we arrived to ensure we were comfortable and settled in. We were able to have our family and some friends over and enjoy the outdoors and simply loved being all together. The house is large and has all amenities you need and enough bathrooms for a big group which is hard to find. Overall our stay was fantastic and thank you Neelu for being so accommodating and understanding to our concerns and requests. Be sure to give it a shot for your next adventure to The Island!

Host Neelu was very kind and accommodating it was just a few issues that I think she can use some upgrades in the kitchen and if the pool was open probably would have paid more. The cleaning service could have been more thorough with the cleaning and the bed linens. I suggest she get another deep clean Service that would be more thorough and efficient. Overall the bones of the house was great the space and room was just right to accommodate my family reunion

Home was very large with plenty of room. Host was very accommodating and helpful in every way. Location is very close to Farmingdale with great restaurants and pubs. Bethpage golf courses are very close to home with only an 8 minute drive to the courses. Highly recommend this home for future trips.

Total false advertising. The picture used for outside of the house was not accurate. Outside of the house was going through some renovations and the outside garage door was damaged to the point that a corner of the garage was open. Bugs and ants throughout the house, bedding and bath towels had stains, I was never told that the property included a tenant in their basement who we could hear talking in the second floor bedroom, the first floor air conditioning was not working which I was informed of one day before I arrived and the master bedroom shower took a long time to heat up. I rented the place for four nights. I checked out after the second night as we could no longer stay in the house under those conditions. All was communicated to the owners who have yet to remediate the situation or provide me with any compensation for our inconvenience. I have pictures and videos which I’ll send separately.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the home did not meet your expectations. We always strive to provide a comfortable stay for our guests and take concerns seriously. The property photos accurately reflect the home, and any minor exterior maintenance during your stay did not affect access or safety of the property. We were transparent in advance regarding the temporary first-floor AC issue and remained available throughout the stay to assist. Regarding the basement, it is a completely separate private area with its own entrance, and previous guests have stayed comfortably without concerns. We were not made aware of several of the issues mentioned during the stay and would have gladly addressed them immediately if given the opportunity. We appreciate all guest feedback and will continue working to maintain and improve the property for future visitors.
