We enjoyed our stay, roomy, clean and nice house but the hot tub water did not look very clean so unfortunately we decided not to take a chance and use it.

We had an incredible stay at your beautiful cabin in Beech Mountain. We loved the views from every window in the house. This cabin is perfect for large families, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. The cabin was well stocked, clean, and felt like home. Nick was a great host. We would definitely recommend this vacation spot!

The host was great; he always had quick response time and tried to resolve my problems. The view was beautiful and the house was lovely. My kids and grandkids had a blast . The only reason I'm not giving it a five star is because the weekend we were there the hot tub was not working correctly. That was one of the reasons we booked this particular house but as a pool owned I understand that things just happen. We would definitely stay there again.

I’m truly sorry we didn’t quite earn that 10-star stay because of the hot tub. I really wish we could have had it repaired immediately while you were there. The host was exceptional and made sure that our stay was perfect. The host communicated well and went above and beyond when one of the amenities was not available. The house was perfect for what we needed. There were five of us and there was plenty of space to relax and not be on top of each other. The basement was a fun place to spend the evening playing pool and watch the Olympics on tv. Beech mountain was five minutes away and with it being that close it gave the crew the opportunity to come back to the house for lunch and get back on the slopes quickly. Four wheel drive is very important in the winter. The driveway is steep and was covered with snow and ice. It’s a tricky one to maneuver.

Jen, thank you so much for this — I really appreciate you saying that. I always want things to feel seamless, even if we have to pivot a little when something unexpected comes up. I’m glad it all worked out and that the house fit your group so well. The basement pool Olympics sounds like a pretty perfect evening setup. And being able to sneak back for lunch between runs at Beech is such an underrated advantage. Also, thank you for mentioning the driveway — winter in the mountains definitely keeps things interesting. Four-wheel drive is a must some days! I’d be glad to host you all again anytime you’re ready for another mountain trip. 🏔️
