This is a beautiful property and management/checkin was perfect. There were definitely some things that need to be addressed and we left a note upon checkout with the items listed so hopefully they will be addressed. We had a wonderful stay!

Home was as good as pictures suggest. My family with grandkids thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Home had everything and more. All the kitchen supplies you need. Pillows, linens and more there was extra of everything. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, kids toys etc. Vickie, the property manager was very helpful. Very expensive but worth it. Everyone in our group commented how great everything was.

House was amazing and a wonderful week at the beach! The Town & Country property host Vicky was very helpful either local recommendations and went over all of the details of the house before arrival. The house was perfect for my family of 16 ranging from 4 years old to 90 years old. The decks and pool area are very relaxing with the best views. The house was very well furnished and the kitchen had a great stock of all we needed for large meal prep. The home was very clean and decorated nicely.

Beautiful house, incredible location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is so well equipped with everything a large group could need. The property manager and owner were so responsive and pleasant to work with!

The place was stunning, incredibly well stocked and taken care of, the view of the ocean and dolphins playing was second to none. Also super accommodating of our requests. Highly highly recommend.

Gorgeous home, perfect layout for all guests, stunning views. Only disappointment were a few fireplaces did not work , one inside and one outside and the last two days of our visit was cold.

Our family group of 19 had a wonderful week here. The main level deck with the great covered sitting area and dining table with views over the pool of the beach and ocean was an especially fantastic feature. The home was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable.

The pool turned green. It was reported & pool guys came out to treat the water & scrub off the sides of the pool. The green emerged again the next day. Reported again, but nothing occurred to remedy the situation! Ice machine broke. Reported & was told a new one would be delivered, but was not delivered during our stay. It was not worth the amount of money we paid for the week. Overpriced!

This was our second time staying at the Kay’s home …. And all 21 of us had a very special tme! The home is beautiful well equipped and very comfortable! Pool deck and beach views are spectacular!! 100% recommend this home !!

Great time

I have done a number of homes for family trips and this was by far the best yet. House was everything and more that was offered The beach was beautiful and having the pool elevated was a awesome treat. The location to Charleston was very good as well Only 25 minutes to downtown Great week

Extremely well supplied, appliances, towels, dishes, cooking supplies, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, pool and beach toys. Finicky elevator.
