2 Bedroom Spacious apartment in the heart of downtown Rochester. Modern comfort within walking distance to Mayo Clinic Campus, restaurants, shopping and more. On bus route if you don't want to walk. Located on the 1st floor.There are 3 stairs to get from the front door to the apartment door. Fully furnished with all kitchen items, bedding, towels. Laundry on site. Price includes everything including WIFI, parking, and laundry! (you provide your own detergent) ~Nice~ Also large screen ROKU smart TV's in living room and both bedrooms. .
Mayo Clinic Campus is an easy 10-20 minute walk depending on which building you need to go to. Grocery shopping, Restaurants, Walgreens, salons, Brewery's and more are within 2-3 blocks. A pretty park is also within 2 blocks.
During the summer months, you can relax in the evenings in the backyard and enjoy our beautiful Minnesota summer nights.

I strive to make my guests as comfortable as possible, but I know I can not make everyone happy, and many people don't take the time to leave a review so here are some reviews from guests who book from me at another site.

Joanne was there to meet us the day we arrived and gave us a brief tour of the apartments features. She was readily available by phone/text when we needed her. Beds were comfy and the TV was a great feature.

What Cheryl loved about your listing:
I liked the convenience to be able to walk to the Mayo Clinic at St Mary's Hospital where my husband was admitted for surgery. The location close to Walgreens, the Hy Vee grocery store, restaurants, and convenience stores was also nice. After his discharge from the hospital it was nice to be able to walk on the paved running/biking path nearby. The Roku TV was very nice too since we were limited in our ability to go outside much.

Joanne was wonderful! I booked the apartment a couple months in advance and we kept in contact throughout the entire process. My boyfriend and I were visiting because he had appointments at Mayo Clinic. The apartment was indeed cute and cozy!! It was perfect for what we needed- commuting back and forth from Mayo, preparing a few meals, and even renting movies from the red box at Walgreens right down the block! The little "fire place" kept us plenty warm and we even could do laundry here. Joanne met us when we arrived and gave us a little tour of our new temporary home. She also encouraged us to contact her if we needed anything at all. The apartment was clean and safe and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at Joanne's if they're visiting the Rochester, MN area. Thanks again! :)

Joanne was a great host! Month's stay flew by. Had to stay an extra day and Joanne was incredibly accommodating. The apartment is right beside good restaurants and supermarket and only a short walk to St Mary's Hospital and to downtown. Would stay again any time!

I stayed in Joanne's apartment again for a month (Sep-Oct 2015) during my treatment at Mayo. As previously, Joanne has been quick to respond, available for whatever I needed and made me feel at home. I could not wish for a better host and a nicer place to stay in a Rochester.

October 2015

Joanne immediately welcomed us when we arrived in Rochester. As soon as we saw the apartment, we realized it was better than we could have hoped. The kitchen was well-equipped and the environment was cozy. It was excellent to have access to a washer and drier right outside our door. Just a few steps farther was the only grocery store you will ever need. If you are staying for the Mayo Clinic, the core campus is only a short walk away. Joanne was also nice enough to lend us two bikes for our stay. We highly recommend this apartment.

Joanne was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Good wifi connection. It is in a nice neighbourhood and good location - we had a car for some of the time and some of the time we didn't but the location worked well in both cases. We stayed for several weeks and this was definitely the best option for us in Rochester in terms of price, comfort and convenience.

My husband and I stayed in Joanne's apartment for 9 days while I was undergoing testing at the Mayo Clinic. Joanne has been awesome in every possible way - she responded to my texts and calls immediately and greeted us herself upon our arrival. She is very pleasant, and has renovated and decorated this place with so much love and care. The apartment is exactly as shown in pictures - clean, neat, and has absolutely everything for a most comfortable stay. The location is amazing - absolutely everything is within a walking distance. I will have to come back to Mayo for follow ups later this year and I will definitely first check if this apartment is available. Outstanding experience in every way.
