Amazing cottage on Lake Norman. Quiet lake and neighborhood, so peaceful with lake/coastal inspired decor. All amenities close by with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed our stay!

The appliances were mostly very dated or in disrepair. Lots of cobwebs inside. Needs to be exterminated.

The house was so nice and everything was exactly as listed. It was so quiet even though other properties were being built but the house is so soundproof you couldn’t hear anything outside. I am hoping to get back and rent next year. We have a son who lives in Mooresville and it was the perfect place to stay with our other son’s family to all hang out together. We traveled from NH.

Our stay was very peaceful. House was clean and we appreciated the convenience of laundry and dishwasher on site . We loved the lake front and enjoyed kayaking and swimming .

Cozy, clean cabin on a relatively private stretch of lakefront with kayaks and a paddle boat available. Five of us stayed there for several days and enjoyed having our meals outside and watching blue herons wade close by, ducks, songbirds, fish and other wildlife move all around us. The property’s host was easy to contact and helpful. What a wonderful, peaceful haven!

Beautiful location. Cabin was clean and equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend this cabin to everyone. Great vacation.

We had an incredible stay here over the July 4th long weekend with 6 adults and 2 babies and this place was perfect for our group. The price felt very fair for the amount of space and the unbeatable waterfront location. We brought a boat, so the outdoor spaces and the dock was the highlight for us. The dock could not have been more convenient and made getting on the water a breeze. An additional plus was that we had front-row seats to the fireworks from both the deck and the dock. It was such a fun experience to watch them reflect over the water without ever having to leave the property.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for families and groups looking for the perfect combo of space, waterfront fun, and value.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Lake house. This was our second time celebrating our anniversary here, and once again it was an amazing experience. The home is beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing, making it the perfect place for a special getaway. We truly enjoyed our time and made more wonderful memories together. We are already looking forward to coming back again next year for our anniversary, and hopefully even sooner this summer.

We loved our stay! We took advantage of the lake for fishing, the fire pit for s’mores, and the kitchen and outside table for some amazing meals. The beds were comfy. This was perfect for a little fishing get away with my son.
