Much Needed Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We usually stay on Front Beach, but with such short notice it was hard to find anything. We found Pelican Walk and now we know we want to continue staying on Thomas, the quiet, much more respectful people too, quiet at night, not rowdy. Our condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed for the week and then some. Can't wait to come back!!

Lovely condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was very nice. Loved the large windows looking out to the beach. Furnishings are really nice. Very close to all the restaurants we like. The only drawback was they were doing repairs to condos near us which made it noisy during the day. It was only during the day so it didn't interrupt our sleep or evenings. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Great last second find.

After losing our previous property (new owners) we had booked until 2 days prior to arrival. We located this condo last second. The booking staff was quick to call and confirm the booking (with in 10 minutes), it was an easy process. The condo when we arrived was clean and had a wonderful view. All of the beds were comfortable the kids loved the upgraded large TVs. The property it's self was well taken care of and the staff was polite when passing by. This property was outside our normal rentals (smaller facility in a quite area) but we really enjoyed it, we hardly noticed it being in a busy area. Thank you for allowing us to visit.

Stop expecting renters to do half the cleaning!!! The room also needs blinds repaired and light bulbs.

Great space, location, and view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy entry. All the communication needed through email for check in. Unit 406 is in the center of the building- great gulf views! Kids loved the pool. We slept 6 comfortably here. 3 adults, 3 kids. AC could have worked better. 1/2 elevators are down all summer- which made long waits at elevators or using stairs the whole trip. They did communicate this ahead of time however. They did NOT communicate that there would be construction happening on rooms throughout the day which made it very unpleasant staying in the room, or even at the pool. You could hear drilling for HOURS.

The view is gorgeous everything day and we love watching for the dolphins. Comfortable furniture and beds and nice big scree TVs to watch. Definitely plan on returning.

Great Vacation Family of 5 in a 2 bedroom

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After our initial check-in, we discovered our original condo (806) was unacceptable. Anchor management did an amazing job offering us multiple condo options to switch to. We settled on 406. Condo 406 was very clean and in a great location. Beach front views and not too high that we could take the stairs whenever we wanted to head down to the beach. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and in working order. The two reclining chairs were so comfortable as well. The couch does not fold out into a sleeper, however Anchor Management brought up a nice blow up mattress with sheets for us to use. The balcony furniture could use some updating but it didn't bother us that much. Overall condo 406 was very nice and we hated we had to leave.
