Quiet and convenient location! Enjoy the comfort of this beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage in Kiawah's West Beach area. Open floor plan with screened porch and deck overlooking a lagoon and just a short walk to the beach. Beautiful all new kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless appliances. Comfortable furniture with large ottoman to put your feet up and relax. King sized beds and TVs in both bedrooms. Bathrooms new in 2025. Paver driveway and walkway to porch new in 2026. TV's have Youtube TV accounts and apps for streaming using your own accounts. WIFI included. Enjoy the outdoors on the screen porch from the cushioned swivel rockers or sit on the deck and rock. Washer and Dryer in unit. Access to the community pool on Duneside Rd is included. No smoking. NO PETS.

This cottage is within very short walking distance to the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. The beautiful clubhouse which opened in 2019 features a restaurant, Player's Pub, and serves lunch and dinner.

The new West Beach Conference Center, host to many conventions and events is a five minute walk from our cottage.

Great place and location which was as described. It was the perfect home base for our family of four to explore Kiawah and the surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend to others!

This was a wonderful place for our family of four. We road bikes under 5 minutes to the beach. Very quiet but close to everything. Would stay here again.

We had an awesome stay! The cottage was so clean and had everything we needed. We loved the beach and riding bikes everyday. Our girls especially loved Night Heron Park- so many fun things to do for families!

This cottage was in a great location and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. We liked that it was conveniently located close to the grocery store. Linens and towels all seemed brand new. The beds are a little on the soft side. We appreciated the starter packs of dish liquid, detergent, etc. My husband says it is one of the best places we have stayed in and I would agree with him. The description was very accurate.

This is the second time we have stayed here and the bathrooms were updated since our last stay, which was super. The location is great and the house is clean, updated and comfortable. I am sure we will stay again!

Excellent stay at this Vrbo condo on Kiawah Island! The unit was spotless, beautifully renovated, and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were especially cozy, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. Jack was a fantastic host who responded to any questions very quickly, and the neighbors were so kind and welcoming. As described in the listing, plan for toiletries after the first few days, as you will want to have your own on hand.We highly recommend renting bikes to fully enjoy and explore the island, especially if you don’t have a car, which we did not. The island is easy to explore for all levels of bikers, including children. One of our favorite experiences was using the Tide App included in the detailed welcome email, which allowed us to bike the entire shoreline at low tide and see dolphins, pelicans, and herons fishing nearby.Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely come back!

Nicely updated! Bathrooms, kitchen - everything fresh and super clean. We loved sitting on the screened porch watching birds and an alligator in the pond. The beach and pool are a short walk (or very short bike ride). Our host Jack was extremely helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

This unit was close to the beach as well as the Cougar Point Golf course and clubhouse with restaurant. There was also a pathway to the beach. The place was the cleanest I have ever stayed and had ample pots/pans and plates. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and Clean Place

My husband and I spent 6 nights at Jack's place. The entire house is well maintained and very clean. Comfortable beds with cotton sheets and blankets. The neighborhood was very quiet and people were friendly. Short walk to the beach. We had a great vacation there!

Outstanding cottage!

Wonderful place, well appointed, clean and spacious. Location was quiet and the screened in porch looking over the bayou was a delight. Communication with owner was the best I have experienced in all rentals I have rented. I highly recommend this lovely cottage on Kiawah Island.

Our family has vacationed on Kiawah Island for over 25 years. We decided to buy in 2017 so we could spend even more time here in the years to come. We were delighted to find this cottage in Greenlake Cottages in the West Beach area of Kiawah. We immediately started the renovation to make it enjoyable and comfortable, not only for us, but for our guests and have continued to make improvements annually. For 2025 we will have one of the baths completely remodeled. We hope you enjoy your visit with us!
