Welcome to our cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in the heart of Smoketown, PA. Tucked away in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, this modern space is perfect for up to 3 guests looking for comfort and convenience.

You’ll be just minutes from some of Lancaster County’s most beloved attractions—including Bird-in-Hand, Strasburg, and Ronks. Experience world-class performances at Sight & Sound Theatre just 8 minutes away.
The space
Master bedroom offers a queen bed mattress, with phone charging station.
Bathroom shower has your shower jel and shampoo.
Bathroom vanity- make up remover washcloths, Q-tips, cotton swabs, cotton balls, and makeup mirror with light.
Washer and dryer units with laundry detergent also available for guest use.

Kitchen is fully stocked and guest are welcome to cook meals.
We also have a lovely coffee bar with coffee cups for on the go.

Living room offers a 58” tv with built in fireplace. No cable but guest are able to sign into there own account. Just ensure to sign out prior to leaving.
Classy sofa that can transition to sofa bed for 1 individual.
Pack n play also available in closet.
Ottoman and nice end table.

Deck is available to our guest as well as shared back yard

The house was great, very clean, great neighborhood, easily accessible. Great instructions for entry and leaving. I would stay year after year because it was that great of a place to stay. Thanks to the family forp opening up their home for our vacation.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at the Charming Guest Suite in Smoketown, PA. The suite was absolutely a 10 A rating. It was perfect in every way; cleanliness, anestheticly pleasing, comfortable and equipped with everything that a person would need.

Cute, comfy, and convenient to everything we wanted to visit; first stop was Philadelphia followed by Lancaster County Amish country. These perfect accommodations are in a lovely neighborhood, have a big back yard with playset for families with children. It was quiet. We had everything we needed for preparing light meals and snacks. Easy travel to Gettysburg, Strasbourg, Ronks (The Amish Village), Lancaster City, Sight and Sound Theatre (reserve tickets ahead of time), Hersey World of chocolate and amusement park…antique and home fashioned goods shopping and delicious home style cooking.

Rental was as described and didn't disappoint! Comfortable and cozy. Nice and quiet location for shows and Amish Country. Bedding and bath linens provided were great. Enjoyed the coffee bar too!

The decor was beautiful! Everything was so nice. No need to bring any toiletries as all is provided. The towels were so plush and soft. Great for a small family. We hope to return again.

We came up for the weekend from NC to the Sight And Sounds Theater. Enjoy the food of the Amish, and buy jams and bread. Location was close to every thing. Place was perfect for us, bed was comfortable, place was very comfortable it felt like home. We will definitely be back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at “The Haven on Meadow Lane” in Smoketown. The apartment was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The hosts have planned the space perfectly with attention to every detail! Rosetta was very cordial, friendly, and available to answer any questions. Even though close to many Lancaster attractions, the street was calm and quiet. Sitting on the porch in the evening and a short walk through the neighborhood were relaxing activities. We got to meet Rosetta’s children and her husband, Chris. It was very interesting to hear about Chris’ construction background and his work as a project manager involving the restoration process of a century-old barn. The spacious backyard was great for short walks and a cup of delicious coffee at the picnic table. Rosetta provided us with a variety of coffee, teas, and snacks. The bed was comfortable and my wife and I had a great night’s sleep. Our son slept on the futon/ couch which provided him with a comfortable night’s rest. This experience proved to be a truly amazing stay! Rosetta and Chris truly provide a beautiful space for travelers! We hope to stay with them again! Dennis D.

We visited for our 25 th anniversary getaway to see Noah at Sight and Sound. The area also offered so many other things to see and visit. Chris and Rosetta's beautiful haven was welcoming from the entry at the front door to the beautiful Christmas tree twinkling as we walked in. We felt relaxed with a home feel the entire stay with soft blankets, pillows and towels. The bed was extremely comfortable. The coffee bar was a wonderful touch for sweet mornings around the table and the snacks were perfect to grab and go. The home is updated and immaculate. The host family was kind and welcoming. Would certainly book again. 10/10.

Although it was a short stay, it was a very pleasant stay; truly a haven after a very long travel day. My messages weren’t working in the Vrbo app and I was able to contact Rosetta directly and she responded quickly and ensured I had everything I needed to check in and was helpful with the process. The space was lovely, had everything we needed and was super comfortable and quiet. We were able to get a great night’s rest in a beautiful setting while relaxing. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Perfect retreat! The rental was spotless and every item we needed…plus some…were available! The neighborhood is safe and friendly, parking is easy, AC was perfect, bed and pillows were comfy, bathroom was roomy, snacks and drinks and coffee were so tasty, and the nights were peaceful. We were very impressed and we highly recommend this rental. It’s minutes from Sight and Sound, the outlets and everything, yet it’s quiet and safe.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the location was perfect. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again.
