Beautiful place located right on the sandy beach and perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the lake. Enjoyed all the amenities and had a wonderful time with beach days, sunsets and s’mores bonfires in the evening. The host was very pleasant to work with and helpful during our stay. Thank you!

This is an awesome waterfront rental with large private sandy beach! Six grandkids (ages 7-16 y/o) with parents and grandparents thoroughly enjoyed swimming, kayaking, beach walks and the game room! Dining room table sat all of us for meals and games with a beautiful view of the lake! Watched sunsets right from the beach, then bonfire and s'mores after! Comfortable beds for sleeping. Indoors tastefully decorated with spacious areas to relax. Deck was well-furnished with 2 tables and chairs, both with umbrellas, that allowed for outdoor eating! Plenty of beach chairs provided too! Matt snd Megan were easy to communicate with! Great time had with great memories made!

Property was delightful, with large private beachfront, fire pit with 12 chairs and lots of wood, shuffleboard, kayaks and basketball hoop outside. The Saginaw bay is shallow for a long way out which was great for young kids. The garage is converted to a cool gameroom that kept the grandkids well occupied when in the house with a shuffleboard table, ping pong, and an old school pac man arcade console. The large dining room table was great for big gatherings and was immediately adjacent to 2 large sitting rooms. The upstairs slept 10 in a barracks style arrangement with a tub bathroom on one end. The upstairs was accessed by a spiral staircase and a build-in child gate was installed at the bottom. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor had a bunk bed in one and a king in the other. The AC worked great for the very hot first week of July when we visited. The first downstairs bathroom has a shower and the second is a half bath which also serves as a passage to the gameroom. Lots of other floor games for small children were also provided. The second fridge in the gameroom was a bonus. Washer/dryer were also in the gameroom.

Excellent spacious location on the shore of Saginaw Bay of Lake Huron. The interior is well furnished with comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the view while the exterior has ample beachfront to partake all the summer activities.
