We had an overall good stay. I do wish that the communication had been a little better between us and the host. I reported that the pool and hot tub were closed and was then told by the host that they were open, when in fact they were not. I was only told that there was another pool and hot tub on the premises after we checked out. The room was clean and well kept. The facilities were very nice as well. It’s a nice short walk to the beach, but there is not an ocean view like I had originally thought. We would stay here again.

The pool and hot tub are common area building amenities that the community association is reasonable for maintaining. We rely on the association to communicate any issues with these amenities. In your specific case they had one issue, fixed it opened it and then had a pipe break and had to close it again. That being said, we wish they were open during your stay as well and we are sorry that they were not.

Location was great! Studio was clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Pool was right outside. Ice machine, washer and dryer on parking level. Easy access to everything. Will visit again!
