Introducing the Kingston House in beautiful Bend, Oregon! Built in 2000 and recently remodeled, this vacation home is ready for a large gathering of friends and family.

LOCATION: The Kingston House is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Bend - the Westside! It is walking distance to some of Bend's hottest spots - 10 Barrel Brewing, Victorian Cafe, Newport Market, and Chow (just to name a few!). It is only 0.6 miles to Deschutes River - a 10 minute walk. Downtown Bend is just one mile away!

HOUSES: The main house is a 1,778 sqft 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a brand new chef's kitchen in an open concept layout with soaring ceilings. There is a master bedroom on the 1st floor with a king bed and large walk in closet. The bathroom on the 1st floor is spacious and includes a huge bathtub. Upstairs, there is an office loft outfitted with a desk and chair. The two bedrooms upstairs share a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. The backhouse is a 910sqft large second living area with a bar/kitchenette, living room, shuffleboard table, private bedroom with a queen bed, a nook with a bunk bed (twin over full), and a half bath.

AMENITIES: Our goal is to make the Kingston House very clean and comfortable during your stay. We selected top of the line mattresses for each bed (such as Tuft & Needle and Aveline) with luxurious soft linens. The main kitchen is fully-stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, serveware, utensils, and small appliances. The bathrooms have plenty of towels, soaps, and hair dryers. There is free wi-fi with 1G speeds. There are 2 smart TVs with Roku for ease of use and access to your favorite apps!

OUTDOOR: The yard is beautifully landscaped and fully fenced to keep your kids and pets safe. Enjoy the cafe lights over the back patio and a large natural gas BBQ for summer night cookouts. There is a large 6 person salt water hot tub that is professionally cleaned and maintained between each booking.

We are available 24/7 by phone, text, or email. We are locals in Bend and can drop by for any problems if needed.

A few important things to note:
- Completion of a Rental Agreement, including guest verification, is required for all bookings before check-in instructions are released.
- Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please pick up after your pet and do not leave your pet unattended or excessively barking.

We had an excellent stay at this home in River West. It was great to have coffee and spices there for us. The house is also close to all the shops and restaurants on the Westside.

Amazing time here. The house is beautiful and well-equipped - we were able to comfortably host 12 people for Thanksgiving with plenty of room. And the hosts are incredible - so fast, helpful, and responsive!

Beautiful home and bungalow in back. Everything I needed was in home from kitchen spices to laundry detergent and shampoo/toiletries. I would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to everything in town.

Wonderful family vacation spot!

We came to Bend for Spring Break and stayed at this property. It’s a great walkable location and close drive to Mt. Bachelor for skiing as well! The house is well stocked and great sleeping arrangements as well. Would definitely stay again!

Great house, great hosts

The property was easy to find and even nicer than advertised. The kitchen was well stocked for any cooking needs and there were plenty of additional linens if needed. Add to that hosts that were both proactive and quick to respond and you will have trouble finding a better place to stay in Bend. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay at Kingston House. The luxurious beds and gorgeous kitchen made us feel right at home. There are so many charming restaurants within walking distance and Meg is a Super Host who goes above and beyond for her guests. We would definitely stay at Kingston House again.

We walked or rode bikes everywhere we went; from Drake’s Park to downtown to Mill District. The home offered excellent amenities and supplies. The decor of the home was welcoming and comfortable. The yard was nicely landscaped. Meg was very responsive and returned messages in minutes. The guest book was very complete and informative. Love Bend’s food trucks! All was great!

Love Kingston House

We stayed at Kingston house over New Years and couldn’t have been happier. Beautiful home, great guest house and excellent location!! Great layout for our family and close to great restaurants, parks and stores. Something for everyone!

Great Stay

Loved the well designed super clean home. Good location for walking to restaurants and to trails/paths like the West Bend trail. Really good use of space to make everything seem roomy and comfortable at the same time. Hosts were very responsive!

Wonderful House!

The property was perfect for hosting multiple generations in that the backhouse gave the younger adults some privacy and their own hangout space. The location of the house is great. We would definitely rent here again if we return to Bend.

Fun Sping break getaway at the Kingston house

The Kingston house is such a beautiful home!! Perfect location, close to all the fun spots, like 10 barrel , Victoria cafe and cute shops. This house feels so warm and welcoming. It's our 2nd time staying here and we would love to book again soon.

Beautiful home in a great location.

The house is beautiful and located in a perfect location. The owner communicated great, and everything was perfect. We were staying with a couple of families, and the guest house worked out perfectly for the teenagers. I highly recommend this property and plan on trying to book for future trips.

Lovely place!

Such a cozy, lovely house for the Christmas holiday! You can't beat the location -- so close to all the shops, restaurants and things to do in Bend. The daily deer sauntering by were also SUCH a treat! The kitchen is a dream and Meg was an amazing host who accommodated everything we needed!
