Welcome to Old Mill Proxi. Located in the heart of Bend and walking distance to the Old Mill Districts shops and restaurants,River trail and Les Schwab Amphitheater. Easy access to the Cascade Lakes Highway, Mt Bachelor and all the outdoor activities Central Oregon is known for. Just a short drive to Downtown Bend and the many restaurants and shopping.

Great location

Very nice property for 2 couples and dog friendly! Location was close to mill district and easy access to all of Bend and road to Bachelor. Super clean, nice hotub and fenced yard. Would stay again.

Close to everything

The townhouse was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the layout and that each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. We enjoyed using the hot tub.We had our 2 dogs with us and having a fenced in backyard was wonderful for traveling with dogs. The location was fantastic. Everything we did was never more than 15 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for 2 couples

House was super clean & smelled great when we checked it. Was a bit far to walk places but close enough to everything for cheap uber rides. Loved that it had two master suites & two living room areas. Having garage access was handy.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. We walked to dinner, dog park, and stores from this location.

Great neighborhood

We had a couple of glitches. I was told we could drop off coolers and bags earlier than check in time, just call when we get to the property. However, no one returned my call for hours causing us to make other plans. We also didn’t have sheets for the hideaway bed, but they brought those over right away when we called. We enjoyed the property and had a great time. I would use it again.

Great Stay in Bend

We are locals and were having some flooring replaced and needed somewhere to crash. The home was comfortable, spacious, clean, and as advertised. Everything was provided as described and although some other reviews have indicated the beds were "hard," we found them to be comfortable. Would stay again!

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

The house was clean and in good condition. It was well furnished and fully provisioned with kitchen and bath supplies. Rooms were spacious and there was plenty of comfortable seating. We liked the hard surface flooring throughout. Downstairs TVs were smallish with cable only. Streaming was available on the master bedroom TV, but there was no TV in the second bedroom. The internet worked well (with streaming) during our stay. Several comfortable pillows were provided and the second bedroom bed was comfortable, but the master bed was a bit too firm for our taste. The spa was in good condition - chemicals were a bit strong, but that’s probably better than weak for a shared spa. The house is in a good location near the main highway and close to the old mill district, however, the neighborhood was very quiet and we noticed deer walking in front of the house two mornings. We had no need to contact the managers because they provided clear information about the home and the check-in and check-out procedures, and we had no issues. We would stay here again.

We loved the house and being in Bend. The beds were not very comfortable and the tvs were very small. Otherwise, it was nice.

Great location!

The location of this property is great, a short walk or drive from a lot of fun stuff to do. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you will need to make meals in and we made use of the hot tub a couple of times on our trip as well. Now the down side. The TVs are a bit old and there isn’t a good place in the house to curl up and have a movie night. The other thing that was quite hard to deal with were the beds. They were very hard and not comfortable for us. They are supposed to be queens but they seemed smaller than a queen. Overall the property is worth the listed price but we could have used a bit more coziness on the interior.

Mini Vacation to Bend from Boise ID

We liked the house, it was unique and clean. Ours beds were a little firm, maybe a mattress toppers would be good idea to include? Hot tub was nice but one valve needed repair to enable all jets to work. All in all we would rent here again.

Great place to stay!

We love this place. It’s conveniently located—easy to get to, super close to the Old Mill District, and a short car drive to downtown Bend. The townhouse is really cute and well maintained. This was our second time staying here and it won’t be our last!

Great place to stay in Bend

The townhouse was great. First of all - it was clean! It was comfortable for two couples. The mattresses were really comfortable. Due to inclement weather we used the well equipped kitchen a lot. We would recommend this townhouse to all who want an excellent place to stay in Bend. We would like to extend special thanks to the property management team. We accidentally locked our garage door keys in the car and had no access to our car or the garage. We called the number provided. Courtney helped us on the phone and coordinated the delivery of the garage key with Aymee who delivered the key within 30 minutes. Huge thanks and gratitude to Aymee for driving to us in really challenging weather conditions. What a great team!
