Beautiful area, with quiet beach about a one minute walk from the house. Very scenic and the house was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our vacation here!

We loved the easy access to the beach, particularly the fire pit and plenty of wood. Even though there are other buildings on the property, the space felt private and comfortable. Great location for visiting Kohler-Andrae state park!Recommend bringing a cooler for additional cold storage.

We loved our stay at the Casa del Lago. The cottage is a few steps away from the white sandy beaches of Lake Michigan. We were able to relax and felt like the world stood still for a moment. The cottage and the grounds were well maintained. We'll be back in the future!

Great little cottage tucked away on a seven acre lot. On Lake Michigan with easy access to a sandy beach. Great for a couple. Minutes from Harrington beach state park and Kohler-Andre State park.

This was an awesome property! The cottage was clean and comfortable. My family enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and exploring the wooded area. George did a great job communicating with me and answering questions.

The cottage was nestled among pine trees and a forest of ferns. It was like a magical fairy hideawy. The very private beach was only a few steps away. While walking the trails behind the cottage we experinced such quiet that is rare.The cottage was beautifully decorated; the walk-in shower very accomodating; the master suite very comfortable. On one rainy day we enjoyed sitting near the large picture window looking out onto the forest of ferns and trees. We enjoyed the window boxes full of colorful flowers and ferns, including bleeding hearts, one of my favorite woodland plants.Our hosts were gracious, accomodating and warm.All in all it was a very restful and rejuvenating experience. We hope to return to Casa del Lago again!Cheryl and Ed

The cottage was a wonderful get away for our small family. We were close enough to Milwaukee and other towns for convenience, yet the cottage set the scene for a relaxing peaceful get away. Out time on the beach was wonderful!

Extremely peaceful and beautiful location. We didn’t get a lot of lake time due to rain and (sadly) some big flies on the beach during the bright windless day, but we loved the firepit and the sound of the waves. Everything was great in the cabin.

Beautiful private place

The cottage is beautiful and very clean. The beach is also clean and private. We had a restful and peaceful stay! Highly recommended!

Peaceful and Relaxing

The cottage was just right and the property was amazing! From the endless gardens to the private cedar forest and the beautiful sandy beach it was a perfect, relaxing getaway- we hope to be back in the future

Gorgeous location!

Wonderful 3 night stay. Perfect location. Only a few people on the beach for miles. It felt like our own peace of parardise.

Thoughtful and very conscientious host who takes time personally to answer questions and help make stay special. Beautiful location. Difficult to leave. Got up early this morning for sunrise on lake. It was amazing!

This was our second stay at the cottage and it was even more lovely than the first time. We love the cottage, the beach, the nearby towns.. would highly recommend to anyone!
