Perfect Condo

Our stay was perfect! Our party of 5 fit perfectly in the condo. We had great views of the ocean and enjoyed our evenings on the patio. The umbrella and chairs are were a nice perk and the walk to the beach was so close. We will be back, thank you :)

Incredible views

My family and I loved the incredible view of the gulf and the relaxing sound of the waves every time we opened the patio doors. There was plenty of room for our group of 6. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The beach across the street is very nice and we certainly spent a lot of time there. We loved the area restaurants.

Just as described!

This condo has great location, across the street from the beach and East’s chess to plenty of restaurants. The place was spotlessly clean, and it is well stocked with plenty of kitchen items. It is just as described and pictured. I highly recommend this place.

Just what we needed

While the weather wasn't the warmest, we were able to enjoy a wonderful trip in an amazing spot. The location to the beach was great, the condo was perfect and it was like being in paradise.

Very Clean, Updated and close to the Beach. Parking was great. Security gate was nice, making it more secure. Pool was clean and not packed. Would stay aging for sure.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

Had a wonderful week! Perfect weather and extremely convenient location to excellent restaurants and shops. Walk to the beach was so easy and Brandon with the umbrellas on the beach was so kind and helpful! Wonderful location and beautiful condo for your next stay!

Nice location...

Very nice accommodations but the floors should have been cleaner. I used the sweeper in the closet and it was disgusting because i had to empty out the canister. The cleaners obviously were not emptying it. In retrospect I wish I would have called about this.

Great condo!

Entire process was positive. Good location. Complex was well maintained. Felt we received a good value for the cost and we would recommend it to friends and family. The only suggestion I have is that it may be time to replace the patio cushions and the dryer, but overall we were very pleased.

Perfection!

This condo was amazing! It was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and was there perfect location. It has everything you could need and more. I loved that it was a keyless entry so you didn’t have to remember to take a key with you and everyone in your group had access at all times.

Ahhhhh-mazing!!!

Honest review here: Our family has been vacationing in the Destin area for nearly 18 years. Beach Retreat 306 ranked in our top 2 places we’ve ever stayed! View - unobstructed! Pictures couldn’t do it justice! You can see the beach and ocean from the kitchen/living area, as well as from the king bed in the master suite! Spacious balcony was peaceful, comfortable, and the perfect spot for breakfast, wine, reading, or wave watching. Floor plan - 2 large (and extremely comfortable beds) bedrooms and a perfect sized bunk bedroom. Our teenage boys loved the bunks!!! Kitchen, although slightly small, had just about anything you could need to cook/bake. Rental/Check in and out - super easy! A little tricky communication between Vrbo and the property itself, as emails aren’t all accessible directly thru Vrbo. I will say that the ladies running the reservations at Beach Retreat have all the information you need and were fabulous to work with - Thank you! Noise - so quiet! Even with wind or traffic the condo was very quiet! The only time we heard “excessive noise” was very briefly when a group of teens were running outside the front door, from end to end of hallway. Letting out some energy from their long drive. LOL! Amenities - we only used the pool and hot tub. A little dirty, but a storm had passed thru the night before. Grills were easily accessible, too! Location - just across the street from the beach, steps away! Just a few minutes drive to Winn Dixie, the outlet mall, and other shops/restaurants. The Harbor is a short drive and Panama City is about 45 minutes away. Everything you need is only a few short minutes away. *Restaurant recommendation- Pepitos is sooo good, Donut Hole, Bud & Alley’s Taco Bar/Pizza Bar/Rooftop Bar. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!!!

R and R Needed and Received

My husband and I and his sister came this week in serious need of rest and relaxation. A good place for that. My sleep app was the happiest it’s ever been with making my 7 hour goal each night. We enjoyed simple eat in breakfasts and homemade salad bar for lunches. Eating out at Pompano Joes twice, Kenny D’s, Lulu’s, and Grimaldi’s Pizza were also highlights. We brought our zero gravity chairs from home and enjoyed sunning on the balcony. The road between us and the beach took some getting used to. We liked the condo but the floors need some serious cleaning. Walking barefoot inside always gave us black feet or very dirty socks. But that was the only Cleanliness issue we experienced. Thank you for allowing us to rent this nice condo.

Quick trip from Texas

306 was fantastic. It was super clean and had plenty of room to stretch out. Unfortunately the first half o the trip rained and was in the 50’s...the rest sunny and 70. We loved every second and will rent again.

Much needed Vacay

Everything was great. The condo was perfect and the beach was beyond words. Our first time staying in Miramar Beach but so relaxing we will be back especially since we can bring our fur baby, Biscuit.

Awesome location, breeze and wave sounds

Really enjoyed our stay. Well stocked and functional kitchen. MBR And porch had great view of ocean from the bed with breeze and soothing noises. Great location especially with dog . Wish dogs were allowed on beach. Only suggestions for improvement is better towels and some paint touch ups.

A week in paradise!

Beach Retreat was a beautiful condo with large balcony looking directly at the Gulf and to have cute little neighborhood out back to walk dog and kids. You can walk to restaurants on the beach or use well appointed kitchen to enjoy seafood from market. Weather and water conditions were perfect ! We met from TN and TX. Thank you for such a wonderful family gathering before kids start school!
