A very nice, clean and comfortable residence. Location is ideal in a nice neighborhood which is great for walking and morning exercises. Pool is excellent, and the lanai is exceptional for any activity desired.A great value in Cape Coral. Highly recommend this property to all. Close to restaurants, shopping and all of the activities which Cape Coral offers.

The Cozy Cape Escape was perfect! We enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for our group and was well furnished. We really enjoyed the extra amenities that were provided for children (play pen, booster seat, games, pool and beach toys). The communication with the hosts was wonderful. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your "cozy" home.

Everything about our stay was excellent! The pool, the whole pool area, beds, living area, kitchen. EVERYTHING!!!Will definitely recommend this house the our family & friends.Publix was close by for all of our grocery needs. Plenty of restaurant options. We ate at Rum Runners. Waterfront dining- food was good- drinks were good - very pricey, though.All in all we had a great time and would definitely stay again when in the area.

This VRBO is wonderful. The pictures online are a bit deceptive about the room sizes, but it was adequate for our Thanksgiving dinner with outdoor living for 10 people. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. The owners were quick to respond to a couple of questions we had, but we would definitely stay there again if we returned to Ft Myers.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The home was indeed "Cozy". We felt very much at home. The pool was pristine. The home was well appointed. Casey was a great host. We had a couple of minor technical difficulties early on and Casey quickly assisted us in resolving them. Check in with as veey easy. The home is in a great location close to restaurants, beaches, and Fort Myers. We would definitely stay at Cozy Cape again.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We first visited Cape in 2018 (pre Ian), where we fell in love with the fishing and shelling that the local beaches have to offer. We have three boys and they instantly fell in love with the Sanibel and Captiva Islands, widely known as the seashell capital of the world. We also really love how our Nation's Veteran's are honored here, and from the first visit, we knew that we wanted to come back someday. When Hurricane Ian destroyed much of the surrounding areas, we were devastated and kept up with the storm and rebuilding news coverage. We love this area and the people here. Cape Coral is such a beautiful and amazing place!

The drive in to this property is absolutely beautiful with lush landscaping and quick access to The Westin, Pinchers, The Rotary Environmental Park, Publix, and some of the most amazing Restaurants in Cape! Our home is a single level home that offers a thoughtful design of a simple pool home, making this property practical and comfortable for a relaxing and memorable stay. We skipped no details, from the paint colors to the luxurious linens. We hope our home leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed.
