Come relax in this 3bedroom, 2 bath home that has been completely renovated. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. New heated salt water pool, spa, and sun shelf. Gulf access, 4 kayaks & paddle board available for use. There are 5 bikes and plenty of fishing poles.
Rent a boat & have it delivered to the house to leave there & head directly to Sanibel or Captiva. Manatees & dolphins are often seen right from pool! updated kitchen appliances and washer & dryer. This vacation home has a great location in the desirable SE Cape Coral, close to downtown and all the amazing restaurants. Also just a few miles from the Westin & Cape Harbor waterfront restaurants & Yacht Club beach. The kitchen is fully stocked to make your home cooked meals. Enjoy the coffee bar with your coffee by the pool watching the sun rise. Pool area with outdoor kitchen, bar, 65 inch TV, fire pit. This house has everything you need to feel right at home.
Pet friendly, 1 dog max with $200 pet fee. Must select "traveling with pet" when booking.

Everything about the home was perfect. The location, amenities, communication rates 5/5. The outdoor kitchen area was a bonus feature. We did not want to leave. Definitely hope to come back some day!

This home was amazing! Everything we needed to make it feel like home! The bathroom showers were amazing, the furniture very comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything you’d need to make meals. Our favorites were the pool and hot tub, the outdoor kitchen, and the showers. The outdoor space is lovely with plenty of seating and pool floaties. Very clean home! I will definitely stay again!

This house was amazing! Everything about the house was just as described. Four adults stayed here. We spent the majority of the time in the back enjoying the pool, spa, and outside living area. This was by far the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation that my wife and I have every taken. Rose was a great host, and we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Loved all the amenities… pool with toys and lights, fireplace for smores, outside grill/ bar area! Beds were amazingly comfortable. Kayaks !! Super clean. Fit our family of 7 with ease. Nice neighborhood to bike around. Would recommend and stay again sometime.

I appreciate you taking the time to write a review. We usually keep the pool heated to 88 degrees. You had requested for the pool to be warmer so we set it to 90 degrees & I explained that It takes a few hours in the morning for the pool to warm up at this time of year due to the cool nights.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property—it truly exceeded expectations in every way. The outdoor space alone is worth booking for. The pool was pristine and well-maintained.There were plenty of games and activities to keep the kids entertained, which made a huge difference and gave the adults some time to relax too. The property was exactly as described. You can tell Rose and Eric really care about the experience they provide. We’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it, especially for families traveling with kids.

Wow!!! We had a wonderful time!!!! Our favorite was the pool/ hot tub area!!!! They had everything for us! Volleyball was a hit for the kids. The hot tub and pool were truly amazing for our family. Couldn’t be in Florida without a pool. Rose was such a good communicator. Loved having our own access from our bedroom to the pool. We didn’t wanna leave! Thank you for everything!!! Truly wonderful host! Thank you!

The house was clean and stocked with everything you need for your stay. The outdoor space was perfect! We loved the hot tub, pool and enjoyed watching tv in the lanai. The backyard was truly an oasis. House was close to restaurants and the beach. Host was great! We had a wonderful week, Would book here again.

From check-in to check-out, this house was a dream. Stocked to the hilt with anything you could possibly need, it was just a super comfortable place to stay. The pool was great as well!

Great spot with plenty of entertainment

Pool and hot tub were perfect for adults/kids. Thoroughly enjoyed the tv and grill outside for evening meals.

We had such a wonderful time! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space was amazing and we spent most of our time out by the pool, kayaking in the canal, or watching the Olympics from the hot tub! Our kids were pleasantly surprised by all the games, puzzles, and coloring supplies on hand and made good use of them all! Our host was very kind and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house is amazing! We have stayed at a lot of VRBO and this one was by far one of the best. It had all the amenities and was very clean. It has everything we needed from bikes, to kayaks, pool, and beach stuff. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic! The owners were so easy to communicate with. Stay here! You will not regret it!

House was very clean and was extremely well stocked. Everything you’d need for cooking, plenty of linens, and all the beach supplies. The extras made for a very relaxed and comfortable stay. Hot tub heated very quickly.

We fell in love with this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of peace and convenience. It’s quiet and relaxing, yet just minutes from wonderful shops and restaurants. We especially love the beautiful waterfront setting and the easy access to the Gulf, which is only a 20-minute boat ride away.

When we were searching for our home, we specifically looked for a property without a pool so we could create one that was designed exactly the way we wanted. We envisioned a beautiful, full-size pool surrounded by a spacious lanai where guests could relax, entertain, and make the most of Florida’s incredible weather year-round.
