The Space:

Welcome to Las Casitas! A small collection of charming apartments, located in the popular Davis Shores neighborhood.



At Casita Azul, the apartment features:

> King bed with cozy memory foam mattress

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment, outdoor porch, as well as free Wi-Fi, and complimentary coffee for the first morning.



Getting Around:

Las Casitas is in short walking distance to all things downtown so you can park your car and leave the keys at home!



A trip to the beach is less than a 10 minute drive.



Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.



Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.



The Old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

*Reserved parking is not available but ample free street parking is available directly in front of the building.

To help protect both our guests and our homes, we ask everyone to complete a few simple steps in the portal before arrival: verify their information, review and electronically sign the Rental Agreement, and choose one of two protection options:

• Damage Waiver: A small, non-refundable fee that covers eligible accidental damage during your stay.

• Security Deposit: A refundable deposit hold that’s released after checkout, provided there is no damage or violation of the house rules.
