We enjoyed the location of the property as it is walking distance to so many places to see and restaurants. Very clean and great communication.

Great centralized location. Easy access to all of St. Augustine whether walking or looking to ride the trolley or a trolley station (at lightner museum) that was approximately two blocks away. The shower was a fun surprise to us all. The property was as described and very nice and clean. Parking is included in the stay which was great! The host were very nice and had A communication throughout everything.

Great find in St Augustine. Owners thought of everything you would need. They responded quickly to any questions I had. On a quiet street and was a short walk to the hop on hop off trolley. Picture of parking was alittle deceiving, I thought parking lot was bigger. Was ok with my car but would have been pretty tight if we brought our pickup, especially if both carriage house rentals and b&b was full. But looking at all the other places I think parking is tight unless maybe you stay at a hotel but we wanted to be able to walk or use the trolley.I definitely would stay here again if we go back to the town. Bed was very comfy!!!

Clean and quiet walking distance to the main downtown. We left the car parked and just walked everywhere. All amenities were included including a toaster. Ty
