Located on beautiful Anastasia Island, this 1920's fully renovated luxury apartment is walking distance to historic St Augustine via the Bridge of Lions and biking distance to St Augustine Beach. In the early Florida boom period of the 1920's, British developer D.P. Davis fell in love with St. Augustine and designed the Davis Shores neighborhood right over the Bridge of Lyons on Anastasia Island.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is located in a lovely part of St. Augustine—quiet, charming, and close to everything. The space was impeccably clean and well kept, which made us feel right at home. Communication and check-in were smooth, and the entire transaction was quick and easy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We were in town for a Kip Moore concert. We were 2 miles from the venue. Perfect location to everything. As of this review, this rental is exactly as listed. Clean, open concept, walking distance to downtown Saint Augustine, just over the bridge. Will definitely rent this unit for any future visits to the area.

Great location, responsive host

This is a lovely property just across the Lions Bridge from historic St Augustine. It’s an easy walk and very convenient location. The neighborhood was quiet and a great place for an early morning walk. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We had a great stay @ Anastasia Grand. The apartment was super clean, comfortable and quiet. It is located within walking distance to the historical spots in downtown St. Augustine. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. short, 1/2 mile or so walk across the bridge to downtown. Clean and spotless. Nice neighborhood. Would stay again. Parking is easy compared to other locations downtown. Highly recommend.

Covered all of our needs with easy access to historical St.Augustine an easy walk away. Cool historical building itself but nicely kept up with updated unit with comfortable furnishings. Perfect for our stay.

This unit is beautiful!!! The location was perfect. You’re just 2 blocks from the bridge of lions. Walk over to historic downtown, traffic and parking are atrocious!! This is in the perfect spot! We enjoyed our stay!! We HIGHLY recommend!!
