The VRBO is exceptional. Common spaces for playing cards, lounging, coffee and wine in the lovely courtyard. We did not cook. There was ground coffee in the refrigerator for us when we arrived. We bought a few things at Trader Joe’s a mile awayWe walked a lot and everywhere, a few miles every day. So much to see and eat.Parking for one car in the back.I specifically asked if there were 2 king sized beds and one queen to accommodate 5 mature women. I was told there was. When we arrived we discovered 2 queen beds and only 1 king sized bed. My valid and only complaint. The listing had two different bedroom configurations so I made the call to clarify. Unfortunately, I received incorrect info. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars across the board.

Excellent home rental! We've stayed at many rentals over the years, and this was the cleanest by far. Loved the kitchen set up, appliances, and supplies (pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster). Good location to anything in Santa Fe - nothing was more than 5-10 minutes drive away. And the host was great with good communication, clear directions/instructions.

Our stay in Santa Fe was outstanding. The home is stunningly designed, immaculately clean, and set in an unbeatable location. The host made everything effortless and welcoming from start to finish. We loved wandering through the nearby art galleries and discovering incredible restaurants just around the corner. This place is the perfect Santa Fe experience—we’re already looking forward to coming back!

There are 2 gathering rooms, 1 large and 1 smaller with a gas fp large room, and the smaller one, wood fireplace. We used both. Appliances and bathrooms are modern. Overall, a confortable experience!

From the moment we stepped in, Casa Vivaz felt bright and welcoming. It was our first trip to Santa Fe and we knew we wanted to be close to Canyon Road for galleries, the Plaza for dinner, and the Railyard on market day. It truly was the perfect location! We had three cars and it was nice having the one in the driveway with two other parking spots right on the street in front always available. The home itself is stylish, comfortable, and wonderfully equipped with comfy bedding and towels. The host was available all the time for recommendations for things to do. Would rent this home again for sure!
