This was a nice home. We had everything we needed. In a great location and an easy 5-10 min drive to the Mayo Clinic. The hosts were very attentive and accommodating as our stay had to be extended by several days. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic property and very well maintained! 5 mins to a beautiful beach and has an awesome pool as well. Very safe and secure! Highly recommended to any families looking to rent.

We LOVED the house and location! We will be back. A few things could use updating, but the inside was super cozy with the 2 living areas. The outside area was great too!

The host was very responsive. Loved this very cute and comfortable house, just a block and a half from the beach (without crossing any main roads). The home has an adorable backyard area with a pool, a cabana, and plenty of seating. The home was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen has everything needed and the host provides at least a day's worth of toiletries. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, the 3rd bedroom has a twin. There are two bathrooms. Would recommend this property.

Jax Beach Yearly Fishing Trip

Each year myself and my son and his 3 best friends have been coming to Jax Beach and staying at this specific property going on 4 years straight now. We all love the house and pool plus the location is perfect for restaurants, access to the beach and fishing over at Mayport.

We loved it! It was clean, had enough beds for our family. Had a great, clean pool. It was close to everything and had awesome beach access, very close walk. Thanks for a great stay!
