I’m sorry the outdoor TV shown in the photos was not available and that the grill was not clearly represented. The TV unexpectedly broke from the previous guest. We’ll review the listing photos and provide the proper grill utensils, including tongs and a spatula, for future guests.

I’m sorry our communication felt impersonal and that early check-in/late check-out couldn’t be accommodated. We require verification for visitors and firm check-out times to protect bookings and cleaning schedules, but your experience with repeated, scripted replies and the denial of flexibility is not what we want guests to feel. I’ve shared your comments with the team so we can improve how we communicate, consider greater flexibility when possible, and make our policies clearer up front.
