This is a very special property. It is spacious, beautifully appointed, complete privacy, loads of artistic touches. So cozy and in a perfect location with easy access to Cherry Creek amenities.Rita, the host is personable , professional and so easy to work with. I have nothing but rave reviews for this lovely home and it’s lovely host.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything about our stay was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations.We were welcomed with a thoughtful note, wine and a delicious cheese spread, which immediately made us feel at home. Rita was also incredible with her communication throughout our stay, going above and beyond with excellent restaurant recommendations and helpful happy hour suggestions that truly enhanced our trip.I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting the area. If we return, we will definitely stay here again.

Very happy with lovely spacious house in a great location. The owner was fabulous, leaving fresh flowers and a stocked fridge, which made arriving after a transatlantic flight so much easier. Great communication throughout the stay and would 100% recommend.

One of the best VRBO rentals we have ever stayed in! Elegant, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Dedicated garage parking and an unbeatable location made this a wonderful weekend getaway. We come to Denver often and will only want to stay here if available. This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The host is kind and responsive. I loved all her notes everywhere to point me in the right direction. She put so much thought into every small touch, whether it was holistic products in the bathroom or the best culinary tools. The art throughout is beautiful, everything is clean, and the patios are lovely places to enjoy lunch, dinner, or to telework. Both of our children were very comfortable here. Attached is some of the art in the townhome.

The perfect location to explore Cherry Creek, as everything we needed during our three week stay was within walking distance, particularly some excellent restaurants and of course Cherry Creek Shopping Center. Rita was there to meet us at check-in, show us the house and explain everything we needed to know, and very generously left us some red and white wines to enjoy. She was very accessible any time we had questions during our stay and responded immediately. The house was spacious, attractively furnished, artistically decorated and well-equipped, whether we wanted to cook for ourselves or just relax inside or read on the terrace. The garage parking was also much appreciated. Altogether a very pleasant stay.

Denver requires short term rentals to be your primary residence so I live in it, but I will vacate and go to my second home in Naples if someone would like to rent my property. So I have treated it as my own, as it is, and just got the best amenities that I could afford.
