Great rental and perfect room for our family and friends

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have enjoyed renting this property as it is on the side of HHI that we enjoy. The house is very comfortable and has the perfect amount of rooms we all need.

Close to the beach, well maintained home!

Lovely house in great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 5th year we have rented 17 pelican. It is a clean, well maintained house in a great location, only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to Coligny. The house has everything we need for cooking, ample seating for lounging and dining, and the pool, patio, and Blackstone grill are fantastic and got a lot of use by us. Beachside Getaway was reputable and easy to work with, we already booked with them again for next year. We recommend Fischcamp, Nectar, Nunzios, The Sandbar, Frankie Bones, and Bullies BBQ if anyone is looking for restaurant recommendations. We also highly recommend catching the local music talent on the Coligny free stage. HHI has a lot of awesome local musicians, it’s one of our favorite things about the island.

Tranquil, Private Oasis A Short Stroll to the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were delighted with the amenities provided by this host. The kitchen was exceptionally well appointed with fabulous Thermidor appliances. There were some smaller appliances I didn't need to unpack because they had them. The backyard is an oasis- private with a conveniently located outdoor shower & pool. There's ample outdoor seating. I was amazed at how quiet it was - with no neighbors' windows looming over us. The floorpan was fabulous for our crew! The only suggestion I'd make would be to get a thinner mattress for the upper bunkbed or customize the top rail because it won't contain a restless sleeper (the thick mattress elevates the sleeping area above the safety rail).The walk to the beach was short & easy. Having the option to visit the beach AND lounge by the pool each day was awesome. Can't wait to return!
