Amazing View, Relaxing Week

5 star condo, 5 star owner and host. We had a wonderful week with our family at the Pearl 1601. It features amazing views of the Navarre Pier and the Gulf. The owner was outstanding with their communication and keeping us informed on the stay and the check in and check out process. The beds were amazing and the week was just a restful, relaxing get a way. I would highly recommend this condo if you are considering a stay in Navarre.

Arrived to a clean and huge space. It was well stocked, including kitchen items and linens. The kid and wife enjoyed the hot tub and pools onsite. Most of all we had a friendly host and a fantastic view.

We had a wonderful stay. Our hosts were incredibly responsive to our questions and the accommodations were spotless, spacious, and made us feel special! The location is easily accessible, the views of the water were gorgeous, especially at sunrise and sunset. We highly recommend the hosts, the accommodations and location.

This corner condo has the most stunning Gulf views. Spectacular sunsets and sunrises with the floor to ceiling windows and balcony. Listening to the waves was so peaceful. It was just what we needed! The beds were so comfortable and the lovely jacuzzi tub and huge walk-in shower in the master were gorgeous and relaxing. The other bathrooms were also beautifully done. The kitchen had everything we needed with quality drinkware, dinnerware, utensils, cookware, pots and pans. We enjoyed the 2 pools and hot tub as well as has short walk to the beach ! And it was so convenient having dedicated beach chairs and umbrella waiting for us. There is nothing like relaxing by the water’s edge as you listen to the surf, seagulls, watching the little terns run on the beach, the tiny white crabs peeping out of their holes and the pelicans glide and dive! We walked along the beach early mornings as the sun peeked up from the horizon and discovered beautiful shells along the way. Then the sunsets coloring the sky in so many gorgeous hues. It looked like a watercolor painting!The Lord’s beauty shining all around us. Breathtaking!Kristina, her husband and brother-in-law were kind, accommodating and communicated so timely. You can see they truly enjoy being the best hosts with their attention to detail and the comfort of their guests! You should not miss renting this place. We rented for 3 nights but wished we had at least one more night!Thank you so much for accommodating us so last!

The view from the condo is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a short walk to several restaurants/bars. We walked the beach for miles...the white sand is beautiful. If not at the beach we relaxed by the pools and hot tub. Chris was very responsive to any questions/requests. We definitely will be back.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was spacious and clean. The view from our balcony was glorious and watching the sunrise from there or even just from our windows every morning was such a treat! We will definitely be back to stay again!

This was our 4th year in this unit, it is well equipped and comfortable. The building and condo are great. November weather was fantastic.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property! Everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Great place - would rent again.

The Pearl has by far the best amenities on the beach. This is a great condo and we really enjoyed our stay.
