Overall the house was clean. The carpets needed to be shampoo but everything else was welcoming. We enjoyed our stay there!

Our family of 5 with our dog had a great time. We loved riding the bikes and taking a walk down to the river. The kids loved relaxing in the hot tub and going to the SHARC. The house and hot tub were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Thanks

It was a nice weekend getaway for our family and dogs.The kitchen was pretty well stocked which was very nice.We would definitely stay there again.

It was our wedding anniversary weekend, wanted it to be special . The upstairs carpet I don’t say that lightly , I wore shoes the entire stay as I didn’t want my feet touching the carpet . I vacuumed when we first got there thinking I might be able to get some of it cleaner , had dog hair and fuz in places , didn’t help much .Chair in LR broke and dirty , furniture was very old and not something you can relax on . Outdoor furniture was straight from good will , very old , no cushion and was afraid to use hot tub since house had no maintenance. Master bedroom sheets had stains . I asked for a refund as it was not a cheap place and they did give 200.00 , a few reviews had mentioned the carpets , I would have assumed they would have cleaned at that time . They told me they would be cleaning them once we left . The kitchen cabinets have not had anyone clean or refurbish the wood, pathetic. It ruined our weekend , both of us were so disappointed. In the past 30 years we have stayed at many places in Sunriver and have never been disappointed. This could be a beautiful home , but until a great deal of maintenance and purchasing of new furniture I would not stay . A few positives, clean windows , kitchen counters and refrigerator. We didn’t use and appliances or kitchen items due to the flooring being so gross . It gave the overall appearance that the entire house was unclean even though it wasn’t .

First off, we found USED toddler pull-ups under one of the twin beds which was disgusting. Also found clothes left in a drawer and opened food in a cupboard. The house otherwise seemed clean but it certainly gave the impression that it’s not thoroughly cleaned. Another red flag was the deck railing with kids. The railing has huge gaps between posts which made us feel very nervous with our young kids up on that high deck. The house certainly could use updating. Pros were that the kitchen was very well stocked with all you’d need for cooking meals. The beds were comfortable, the bikes were nice and sharc passes were provided which is always nice. We didn’t try out the hot-tub but it seemed a little sketch on an old, dry-rotting deck. Over-all the stay was fine but we wouldn’t stay at this home again.

Prepare for many stairs/steps on this property. Not easy to get coolers and luggage up and down the many flights of stairs. The hot tub was not clean and there was no bromine/chlorine tablets in the floating chemical dispenser.There was a lot of dog hair all over the property that got on our clothing and our stuff, prepare for that. Property is very outdated, carpet is old and worn out. It's just seems like it has not been kept up well over the many years it has functioned as a short term rental.Kitchen is small for the size of house. Overall, not really worth the price, even if it is near the low end of pricing.

We enjoyed our seven nights at 29 White Elm. 8 SHARC passes are provided, and we used a pass to play pickleball on two different mornings. The street is quiet, and there are LOTS of bikes in the garage if you don't want to bring your own. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, cups, silverware, pots and pans, etc., along with a few pantry items. Four people can sleep downstairs, and four can sleep upstairs by using the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the main living area. The hot tub was clean and ready to be used, and the outside balconies were great places to relax. Overall, this house was very pleasant and accommodating.
