Our family had a wonderful beach vacation here. The house was very clean, well equipped, and accommodated our multigenerational group beautifully, from small children to our elderly parents. Everyone had the space they needed, and noise between rooms was never an issue. The grounds were also clean and well maintained, including regular care of the onsite pool. The host was always responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything. The property is in a great location with easy access to the beach, making it a wonderful place for a family getaway. We would happily stay here again!

This house was great for our group of 5 families. Awesome being so close to the beach. Rooms were spacious and clean- loved having a bathroom for each room. Main floor has a good spot for gathering. Kitchen was great for cooking for a big group- need to bring some things if you’re planning to cook a lot but that was fine for us. The host was quick to respond and accommodate.

The house was perfect for our large group of 23 everyone had a bed and enough bathrooms for everyone and families. Not a hairdryer in every bathroom if that’s a need for you. There were a few but had to search the he house and take turns using. No big deal but good to know. There were pool towels to use but no beach towels so we just bought the cheapest from Walmart and threw out when we left. Loved having both a regular coffee pot and kuerig! The ice machines were also a great addition to have to keep up with our water bottles! Only 1 washer and 1 dryer which was awesome to have in the unit but wished we would have had 2 sets like in other rentals we’ve stayed in. With our large family group it would be helpful. The property manager/owner Alex was very prompt at questions that we had and an unexpected power outage from a thunderstorm at 10pm he was prompt on questions about reporting this to Florida light and power- thank you! It was a wonderful trip and the location was perfect for us for all ages ranging from 14-83, the access to the beach was doable for our mother who is 83 and wasn’t too taxing for her and the kids (teenagers to 20’s). The pool was a little small for all of us but was a nice amenity and felt refreshing in the heat/humidity and when the surf was too rough in the gulf. Was glad there were some Floaties and boogie boards and a few beach chairs as well for us to use. Again a wonderful property great location and helpful hosts!

We Will Be Back

We loved this property. It was a three story house and had lots of room. It was steps from the beach. The pool was great and the movie theater was great for late night family movie nights. It was close to restaurants and shopping areas. The house had an elevator which was nice for the grand parents. The house had top end appliances and touches. We will be back!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Being right next to the beach was such a great bonus, and the pool was amazing. We didn’t realize ahead of time that there was an extra fee to heat the pool and hot tub, but once we figured things out, everything went smoothly.There were a few minor issues, but they were resolved quickly. I’m just noting things like a few scratches here and there for my own reference. One thing to mention—there weren’t any instructions on how to use the elevator. It’s pretty simple once you figure it out, but just remember to close both the gate and the door when getting on and off. And trust me, you’ll want to use the elevatorWe could not lock the back patio doors 1st floor which connects to the pool gate, game room, and movie theater which made us feel a little uneasy . One thing that stood out was the pool maintenance. The pool technician would come by each morning and enter through the gate, which felt a bit unexpected—especially with kids around. While we understand maintenance is necessary, it did feel a little unusual having someone come in unannounced while we were there. That said, the house itself was absolutely beautiful. The elevator was a great bonus, and the kids loved every part of the home. The master bedroom on our 3rd floor was perfect and I enjoyed it with the balcony view to the beach , and the kitchen was stunning.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back! No Question!!! Alex! was awesome too!

This home is beautiful and in an ideal location, making it perfect for our large family that loves vacationing together. The spacious house provides ample room for our needs. After a day at the beach, the pool was a refreshing addition, especially since it’s just about 40 yards away. Although the pool alarm got a little annoying to some, for us parents with littles appreciate the extra security it provides when the back door opens to the pool. The only section I didn’t give 5 stars to was the check in process. It could have been a little smoother. An email was sent for check-in instructions and it went to my spam, when I read I would get a code the Sunday before my arrival and I didn’t I waited until the day before to send a message inquiring on why the door code wasnt on my guestbook sent to me, but that message was never answered. I finally just called 5hours before arrival and they sent the email with verification instructions again, I took care of it quickly since the lady who took my call said as soon as I submitted the verification I would get sent an updated check-in guestbook, but I received nothing. I waited patiently, but it wasn’t until I called again 25min before check-in time that the door code was finally texted to me. Overall, our trip was wonderful and I would highly recommend this house to large groups! We’re already discussing next year’s vacation plans, and if this house is available again, we’ll definitely book it.

Plenty of Space, Great Value, Super close to the beach

Had a wonderful week with a couple families at the property. Plenty of space. Bathrooms in every room. Parking for 5 cars. Food, restaurants, steps to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Overall the house was amazing. There were a few glitches but they were not a big deal. The arcades did not work and the hose to wash off after the beach was not working properly. Neither of those issues made our stay problematic. The house was immaculate and clean. Lots of utensils and cookware in the kitchen. The bedrooms were large and spacious and plenty of room for our large extended family. Very close to beach! Overall we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely return.

We had a wonderful week at Arcadia Sands with our large extended family! Check in was easy and Alex was very responsive to our needs. It was in a great location for us…short walk to the beach, short drive to Destin, and near to shopping and restaurants. The pool was enjoyed after a day at the beach, and we loved the theater room. The only negatives were the elevator inconsistently worked and there were only a few games working on the arcade. Overall, it was a beautiful house and we would stay there again!
