Great location. Within walking distance to most businesses including the grocery store . There was an outdoor fire table on the deck of the house but we never got to try it out. The kitchen island was very large and the kitchen itself was extremely clean. There was even a wine/beverage refrigerator in the island. House was stocked with towels and basic necessities. Would stay here again!

This property worked great for myself and three girlfriends who have been friends since the 1980’s! The four bedrooms and two bathrooms suited us well. It was clean, well stocked and had a very homey feeling to it. The location was perfect for shopping with dining close by. The host was awesome and answered questions in a timely manner. This property is highly recommended

We were in town for a family wedding. The property was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. The area is quiet, though we were in town after the tourist season. Communication with the host was great and the check in/out process was easy. We highly recommend this property and would stay again if we were in the area. Check out Smashed on the Rocks in Algoma and Kitty O’Reilly’s in Sturgeon Bay. We weren’t fans of the fish fry at Millie’s. For the plant lovers, there’s a nice little plant shop next door to the rental.

This house was amazing. It is in walking distance to everything. Wish we could have sat on the beautiful patio but the weather did not cooperate when we were there. Planning on making this an annual friends trip.

Charming home, unbeatable location, and a fantastic host!We had a wonderful stay at this property! Daniel was an incredible host-speedy, helpful, and extremely responsive whenever we had a question or shared updates.The house itself is absolutely charming, blending classic historic charm with modern amenities. Our favorite feature was the wraparound front porch that flows right into the deck - perfect for enjoying the weather or staying under cover during light sprinkles. The historic home and beautiful flower gardens next door were a bonus for even more visual appeal.While initially a little concerned about being right in town, the location ended up being perfect. It was easy to find, within walking distance of almost everything Algoma has to offer, and surprisingly quiet- even as people walked by after visiting local establishments.We stayed for 4 days with our three adult children in their 30s, and there was plenty for all of us to experience. We took a day trip up to Door County, but honestly, we were all excited to get back "home" to Algoma at the end of the day. We highly recommend this host, their lovely property, and the town itself. We would all love to return!

Green location and property was immaculate but the washer did not work, the spin cycle didn’t work.
