Browse numerous antique shops, restaurants or attend Brimfield antique shows. Waterfront home (2,100 square feet) is steps away from the beautiful shores of Lake Hamilton.

Each season brings a new way to enjoy Lake Hamilton. There are opportunities for swimming, jet skiing, tubing, water skiing, fishing, boating, canoeing, water sports, biking, fall foliage, hiking, ice fishing, ice skating and much more!

For the fishermen or fisherwomen Lake Hamilton has some of the best bass and pike fishing. The kids can join in the fishing fun by catching sun fish off your private dock. Very close proximity to private right away/boat launch. There is ample parking.

This inviting waterfront retreat offers an open floor plan, two living room areas, three bedrooms and two full baths. Enjoy peaceful dinners with lake views in the dining area. One of the living rooms offers a sleeper sofa with water views. The second living room includes two sliding doors leading to the patio area with outdoor table and chairs to dine by the lake. The large, downstairs masters suite has a comfortable king size bed and two very spacious, walk in closets. The master bathroom has a separate shower and tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

Enjoy the comforts of home with central air conditioning, washer/dryer, and new kitchen appliances.
Long term winter rental fee is $2100 a month and includes heat, electricity, WiFi, garbage and recycle pick up and snow plowing. First and last months rent upon arriving. Our home is available from October 1, 2025 until April 30, 2026.

Mary Anne and Walt were great hosts. Live next door which may bother some, but they were so pleasant and didn't interfere. Having a dock, the reservoir, and a spot to put our kayaks in at was so easy. The water is clean. House and outdoor areas were fully equipped with whatever you might need. Definitely looking at going back, hopefully longer than 4 days!

Great Stay

Amazing little gem

This was a great location on a quiet little lake. The house was fully stocked to meet all of our needs and the hospitality from the hosts can't be beat! Our family enjoyed a wonderful week away.

Friendly Lake Living

The house has lots of room and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The lake is beautiful and great to swim in-lots going on during the weekend but quiet on weekdays. Hosts are very friendly and wonderful and there if you need anything. I would be happy to stay there again!

Serene Setting

The lake cabin was a perfect set-up for my adult family. Plenty of areas to gather and Wi-Fi was good. The view of the lake is beautiful as the trees changed. The area was quiet. We would stay here again.

Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and only stayed one night.

Since we only stayed one night, due to a family emergency, I can only base my impression on that. The host was very nice and the house was quite comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, I do not think we would have lasted the week anyway because the area/neighborhood was way too crowded for our liking. Not blaming the host here, it is what it is. We are just used to staying places that are quiet and there are not neighbors close by and all around you. When we first got there, there was a band close by, playing really, really loud music which lasted I think 2 or 3 hours from the time we got there. Thank God it didn't go into the night time. Also, since we had a family emergency, I was hoping for "some" financial reimbursement, but, there wasn't any offered. We were invited to come back next year, same timeframe, but we have no clue what our plans will be a year from now, and we wouldn't have gone back anyway since it wasn't what we are used to renting. Again, not blaming the host at all here, just stating our experience over a 24 hour period.

Labor Day

We absolutely loved the layout of the house. Two floors and two living rooms. Adult kids slept upstairs while we had what felt like a suite downstairs. The water views we great. Owners Maryanne and Walter are so nice feels like you’ve known them forever. We all had a great time floating on tubes and kayaking. Can’t wait to make this a tradition

Wonderful stay with direct water access

We had a great stay here and enjoyed the direct access to the lake. The kitchen was very well equipped and the rooms were spacious with plenty of storage for a long stay. We would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time at this rental. The home was immaculate and the layout was perfect for us and our adult children. Everything we needed was available. The owners were so kind and attentive. We would definitely stay again!!!!!

Perfect Family Getaway

This is truly the perfect family getaway. It would definitely be perfect for any getaway, but families will find no better experience in the area. We've been vacationing on Hamilton Reservoir for five summers now, and each time we stayed at a different house because of the growing number of our group. We have now found that one place we will return to every year. The house is roomy, with plenty of space for everyone. Despite that, there are excellent rooms for everyone to gather. It's especially great to have a large dining table for group dinners. The outside is the real highlight. You are mere steps away from the water, and the patio/firepit are perfect for evenings. The fishing---the real reason we keep coming to Holland---is outstanding. Finally, the owners are the best hosts I have met through VRBO. They are right there when you need them, and are "miles away" when you don't. Thank you, Walt and Maryann!

Beautiful home

This was the most beautiful, clean rental we have ever rented. Would recommend this to my friends & family in a heartbeat. The host were two of the most wonderful, friendly & accommodating people you could ask for. Would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful family vacation!

We had a great family vacation! The house was perfect for my large family, it had everything we needed. We all enjoyed the lake, boating and swimming. The location has restaurants and hiking within 15 minutes. The owners are so nice and helpful! Great place to stay.

Great place to stay

We had the most amazing time, the house is immaculate. During our stay they had Dock or treating, which made our stay more enjoyable with boats of kids coming for candy. Maryann and Walt are great people and very accommodating to our needs.

Great, Relaxing, Lake View

Beautiful relaxing view of the lake. The house was exactly as described and portrayed in pictures. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. MaryAnne was very personable and available next door for questions. Close proximity to Sturbridge.

Comfy Lake House

Great location, easy to find. Some nice touches, like new dish rag and scrubbier. Good quality and plenty of paper products stocked. House was very clean and beds were comfy.

Great Lake House

We had a great time at this lovely lake house. The water was extremely swimmable right of the dock and was very clean and warm. The house was clean and had all the amenities. Everything worked well, including laundry and A/C ( which was good for our dogs - as we were there during a hot and humid week in July). The fishing was great which my son and I spent hours doing. Mostly sunfish off the dock but bass were plenty when we took the canoe out (they also had a rowboat and two kayaks). There is also a cove and inlet walking distance down the road where we had a lot of luck with largemouth bass and even a nice pickerel. The owners are right next door, but were very friendly and helpful. The only negative would be if you really wanted an isolated quiet cabin in the woods, this isn’t it - the homes are pretty close and there is a lot of boat traffic. Overall - this is a great house with tons of amenities and with no hassles on a really Great Lake only an hour out of Boston.

The Lakefront Home was beautiful, comfortable,clean,and well stocked we brought more cooking supplies then we needed ie. strainer , large pot, wine opener, fire starters too much to mention. Property is right on water so is fun to watch all the water activities , fish jumping, crane, even saw a bald eagle. We enjoyed fishing from shore and the dock and catching so many pumpkin seed but also a few bass and catfish . We had a group aging from 40;s to 80;s and everyone had the best time . I can't say enough good things about the owners , Maryann and Walter , who live next door, just the nicest people you could meet, they only made the whole experience better. My little dog took to Maryann right away and got excited every time to see her. We all live in the general area but could not have found a better place to go no matter how far we traveled and we would love to go back again. Thank you so much for a wonderful time.

Great lakehouse!

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The home is very large, more than enough room, was clean, and well supplied with towels, linens, extra blankets, pillows, and even toys for the kids! The view is to die for! Love this place. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful family vacation!

Our family had the most delightful stay at this home! Our children are 15, 11, and 11, and they were consistently busy. We were kayaking, jumping into the water, and swimming almost every day. The well-equipped kitchen made meals cost effective and easy. Our hosts (and next-door neighbors) Maryanne, Walt, and Andrew, were friendly and helpful, while being respectful of our privacy. The home has comfortable rooms with beautiful views, and a fabulous patio and firepit. We plan to be back soon!

Excellent!

Thank you so much for a wonderful place to call home for 10 days! It was so relaxing. The house had many amenities. The owners were very welcoming and helpful to any of my questions that I had. I hope to be able to rent again in the near future, this place is gem!

Everything far exceeded our expectations. Pictures don't do this house justice. Highly recommend

We attended the Brimfield Antique Show this month and stayed at this property for 3 nights. The house and property is much nicer than it even looks in pictures. We had 6 people in our group including our 85 year old grandmother. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen and bathroom. This was very convenient especially for my Grandma because everything was on one floor for her so no need to do stairs. The master bedroom is located on a garden level floor with direct access to patio and lake, Its own living room, and master bath. There was also laundry room which was great. We used the grill outside which was amazing. beds were very comfy. Everything was very clean and well decorated. The owners were very accommodating and live next door. Unfortunately it rained a lot so we couldn't use the fire pit as planned but that too was a great feature. There was kayaks and row boat for guest use. The Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve meals. The Fridge and oven are by far the best I have ever seen or used.. they definitely didn't cheap out when picking them out. I rate this property 5 stars. Everything was perfect!
