Hi! We’re Rachel & Jason (Pumpkin & Pea) — travelers, parents of two teens, and lovers of all things cozy. We designed this space with the same warmth and comfort we look for when traveling. Our inviting townhome features three bedrooms (one king and two queens) and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
Located just minutes from Red Hawk Golf, a short drive to historic Mesilla for sights and shopping, and only an hour from the breathtaking White Sands National Park, this is the perfect home base for both relaxation and adventure. Settle in, make yourself at home, and enjoy your stay — we can’t wait to host you!

Hosting has become a natural extension of who we are: we love creating a comfortable, welcoming space where guests can relax and feel at home.

The neighborhood feels friendly and safe, with parks, walking paths, and splash pads that our kids have loved for years. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation, recreation, and natural beauty.
