House was super, just what we were looking for.. The yard was a mess so we never went outside especially on the back patio.. we also could only get one tv , in the smaller bedroom to work..Overall .. location was good and the overall express good..

Thank you for booking your stay with us and appreciate the honest feedback back. I will remind the landscaper to double check the patio but there was a storm 2 days before your stay which always brings down a lot of pine needles. The tv all have streaming apps for guest to log into. We would love to host you again in the future and I am always a phone call away if you have any issues during your stay.

Clean and accommodating. Very close to downtown attractions. Easy access Deland train station to catch Sunrail. Host was easy to communicate with.

Exceeded our expectation! Very clean. The host was great about keep us up to date. We could not have asked for a better experience. We have already booked another stay at this same location.

This was an amazing home! Very spacious with excellent decor. It was very convenient as we were visiting for our daughter’s graduation from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, but our daughter lives in Deland, and was just down the road from this property. We were able to prep food for the graduation party (which was at my daughter’s house) and store the items in the refrigerator. Plenty of room in the kitchen!We did have an issue with the batteries in one of the smoke detectors, but James responded VERY quickly. Problem solved!The only slight drawback was the size of the master bathroom shower. It was a bit tight, but definitely not a reason to not return in the future!This is a beautiful home, and if you have children attending any of the local colleges, I would highly recommend staying here. It’s literally within a 25 minute drive to 3 colleges. Thank you to our host for a beautiful visit!

i loved staying here for the fourth of july with my friends! we had an amazing time watching all the fireworks happen outside and just being together in such a beautiful home. i highly recommend staying at Jim’s comfortable and peaceful home. And the sunset was so beautiful
