Welcome to our charming Midtown Reno Craftsman, a lovingly restored 1927 home where old-world character meets modern comfort. Tucked away on one of the city’s most walkable streets, our spacious four-bedroom, two-bath retreat blends history, style, and fun—perfect for families, friends, or groups looking to experience the best of Reno from the heart of Midtown.

Step inside and you’ll feel it immediately: the warmth of original hardwood floors, the glow of natural light, and a welcoming sense of space. Every detail has been thoughtfully updated—from new electrical and plumbing to tasteful furnishings and décor that celebrate the home’s historic charm while offering all the modern conveniences you’d expect.

The main level features three inviting bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, plush linens, and soft lighting. Two full bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and one with a tub/shower combo—are stocked with fresh towels and hotel-quality toiletries. The open living area flows effortlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, and complimentary coffee and tea—everything you need to cook, dine, and connect.

Downstairs, the finished basement offers a second living space that doubles as a retro-style game room. Vintage neon bar signs set the mood for a night of fun, with foosball, air hockey, and bar games ready for friendly competition.

Our home is located in Midtown Reno —one of the city’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. It offers an eclectic blend of art, culture, and community just south of downtown. Stroll tree-lined streets filled with locally owned cafés, craft cocktail bars, boutiques, and farm-to-table restaurants, all housed in beautifully restored early 20th-century buildings. Every corner bursts with creativity, from colorful murals to outdoor sculptures, reflecting Reno’s artistic soul. With events like “Dancing in the Streets” and an unbeatable mix of old charm and modern energy, Midtown offers the perfect balance of local flavor, walkability, and style—making it one of Reno’s most desirable and unforgettable districts.

Getting around Midtown Reno is easy and convenient. The neighborhood is made for walking—most of the city’s best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques are just steps away. In the winter time, there may be snow and ice conditions. The streets are plowed frequently, but depending on conditions, tire chains and/or 4 wheel drive may be needed to get to our home. No refunds will be provided due to weather/snow conditions or inadequate preparation for winter driving.

We also offer high speed internet throughout the home at 500 Mbps, perfect for remote work or streaming.

Our indoor fireplace is for decorative purposes only, and will not be available for use during your stay.

Our trash pick up days are on Friday mornings. If your stay happens to fall on a Friday, it would help us greatly if you could please push the bins to the front curb (please don't worry about taking them back in). The code for the easement gates is 5373 (gates to alley). Thank you!!
