The Space:

The Residence

Nav Haus is a classic three bedroom three-level townhouse tucked into the alpine charm of the 4 O’Clock Run neighborhood. Designed with a split-level layout ideal for two families or groups traveling together, the home features three cozy bedrooms and 2.5 baths, offering privacy on every floor. The master suite with ensuite bathroom is nestled in the lower level for maximum quiet and comfort, while the remaining bedrooms are spaced to ensure everyone has their own retreat.



Step inside and you’ll find a nod to the old-ski-world aesthetic — warm wood panel accents, inviting textures, and a traditional woodburning fireplace that brings character and comfort to the living space. The efficiency kitchen has everything you need for a hearty après-ski meal or a slow mountain morning with a coffee on the patio. Just a short 5-minute walk (0.3 miles) brings you to the Snowflake Lift, making this one of the closer ski-out experiences you can get slope-side. Beyond the slopes, you're only minutes from Breckenridge’s vibrant Main Street, where you’ll find everything from casual cafés and gourmet dining to art galleries, boutiques, and craft breweries. Getting Around:

.5 Miles from Main Street and the Riverwalk Center. .3 Miles from the Snowflake Lift. Free shuttle picks up just on the street in front of the building.



Other Things to Note:

Travel & Transport:

Colorado's traction law, active from September 1 to May 31, requires passenger vehicles to have at least one of the following: snow/all-weather/M+S tires with adequate tread of 3/16th of an inch, a four-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicle with all drive wheels engaged, or chains or an approved alternate traction device. These requirements are mandatory on certain highways like I-70 and 285 during the season, regardless of current weather. This includes reasonable expectation of the ability to drive with snow and ice present. We cannot provide refunds for vehicles that become stuck or require towing, and we are unable to provide recovery services. Winter Weather Advisory: During winter and some months surrounding the winter season, all driveways, walkways, decks/patios, and roads may be covered in snow and ice, requiring caution and adequate footwear for persons and vehicles to have four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive for safe navigation of area roads.





Each home comes with an Amenity Kit that includes 2 rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 2 paper towel rolls, dish soap, and some dishwasher tabs, and a couple of trash bags.

The home offers parking for 1 vehicle, parking not guaranteed as it is first come first serve and unassigned.

No pets - $750 charge if undeclared pets found on premises.

Portable Air Conditioner, 2 - 1 Person Kayaks, Hammock, & yoga mats available for additional fee. Must request 72 hours prior to check-in for availability, not guaranteed.

No smoking allowed - $750 Fee

Roads can be icy—4x4 and winter tires are required during winter months.
