Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway, business trip, or island exploration, this cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and aloha spirit.
The unit is totally private; and only accessible by checked-in guests w/ key cards. The building has 24/7 security.
This space features a cozy queen bed and a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests.
Dining & Entertainment: Dining table with 2 chairs, smart TV with Roku, Cable and fast speed Wi-Fi.
Kitchenette: Induction top, Keurig Coffee maker, Microwave, Dinnerware, Cookware and Mini Fridge.
Bathroom: standing shower, Shampoo , Conditioner, Body Wash, Bath towel, Beach towel, Hand towel, Face towel, Hair Dryer and Iron Steamer.
Building Features:
The main lobby provides Coffee & Pastries “Maleko”, an adorable garden restaurant “Cream Pot” on the canal end, a pizza place, take-out options, a convenience store in the lower lobby for everyday needs, a dedicated workspace w/ wifi and TV's, 808 car rental, scooter rental, & parking garage (CASH only payments to parking attendants- hourly 1st 2 hours $10.00 each hour after $6.00 & daily ($50) rate options and for 2 or more days (45$)
Guests have access to building amenities including
6th floor: Heated pool, Hot Tubs, BBQ grills, BBQ area, sunbathing area and Ice machine.
5th floor: Coin operated washers and Dryers.
Lobby: Car rental, Convenience store, Coffee shop, Popular Cafe Cream Pot, ATM, Activities Desk.
Lower Lobby: Lounging/waiting area, Gym/Fitting center ($5 per person entire stay).
-Waikiki is a walkable neighborhood of Honolulu, however, Uber/Lyft are easily accessible here.
-Hawaii bus transportation is among the best in the country and can take you just about anywhere on the island!
-Biki bike-sharing rental is a short walk away

-808 Smart Cars rental in the building offer discounted parking fee per day in the garage
You can get a Taxi or Uber from the airport or Robert's Hawaii Airport Shuttle. Request Hawaiian Monarch as the hotel for your drop off and pick up point and you'll be dropped off directly at your doorstep.
LUGGAGE STORAGE:
The security office in the lower lobby offers storage for a flat fee $5 per bag.
Please send the Guest name(s) upon booking confirmation. We must register those with the building management before your arrival. This is vital should you need replacement key cards or emergency help with anything w/in the unit or building during your stay.
