Welcome to your home away from home—where comfort, convenience, and connection come together. This centrally located Block Island escape is just a short walk from Old Harbor (only 0.25 miles to the ferry), so you can easily enjoy shops, restaurants, and beaches without needing a car.
Designed with families and multi-generational groups in mind, the home’s thoughtful layout allows everyone to gather together while still having space to spread out. With two inviting living rooms and extra kitchenette spaces, it’s ideal for extended families or two households vacationing together.
Guests often comment on the home’s exceptional cleanliness and refreshingly uncluttered design, which makes it easy to settle in and feel instantly at ease. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need for family meals, plus extra refrigerator space for larger groups.
The house features five comfortable bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, all with modern amenities and A/C for those warm summer days. All linens, towels, and soap basics are provided for your convenience.
Step outside to enjoy a private, partially fenced backyard with plenty of seating and dining areas—perfect for children to play safely or for adults to unwind with a glass of wine under the stars. Guests love the peaceful privacy this space provides, along with the lovely Island and ocean views from the front of the house that make every morning special.
You’ll also find an outdoor shower, beach towels, and beach chairs provided for your beach days— so just pack your suitcase and relax.
Located in a friendly, close-knit neighborhood, this home observes quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, ensuring a peaceful stay for all.

The Space:
Kitchen has been well renovated with a huge island to sit at, gas stove with griddle, and large fridge. The washer/dryer is located just off the kitchen as well as a half bathroom. The dining and living room area have an open floor layout with the kitchen so it is easy to gather together. A new deck is just off the kitchen.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and full bath with tub. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 with 2 twin beds.
There is an additional living room separated from the main house by a door, that also has a wet bar, smaller 2nd fridge, bath with shower and another dining or game table. Off of this room there is a full bathroom and a loft with a queen bed and 2 twins. Separated into another section is a king bed and full bath with its own exterior exit, mini fridge and coffee pot. Perfect for the family member who needs their own space!
Guest Access:
The house is dedicated to guests. They have full access to house and yard. Only the basement is off limits and that is locked.
The Neighborhood:
This is a great house for multiple families, but absolutely no parties. House is in a neighborhood with other residents. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
Getting Around:
This house is .25 miles from Old Harbor. There is a spot for 2 cars maximum, but you can easily walk to town and the beach, so a car is not necessary.
Other Things to Note:
All linens, bath towels, and toiletry basics are provided. There are beach chairs and towels available for the number of people that the unit accommodates.
