Bradenton Beach Club is a beautiful Gulf to Bay property that is 1/2 a block away from the beautiful beaches offering you all of the conveniences you would want in an island stay. This beautiful townhouse sleeps up to eight people with 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms, full laundry, elevator, garage, and large private, screened balcony. The home is part of the Bradenton Beach Club that provides the very best in vacation accommodations. Amenities at the BBC include two swimming pools (one directly on the beach) and private beach access. The furnishings and facilities are of the highest quality to make your vacation one to remember. We know once you spend time here, you will not want to leave or you will want to return time and time again. This tropical retreat and luxurious accommodation in a prime location will assure you a comforting, stress-free atmosphere and a relaxing, memorable vacation. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need to prepare a quick snack for the family or a romantic dinner for two, which you can enjoy either in the dining room or on the large screened balcony. The living room invites you to relax, kick-back and enjoy your favorite TV shows on the flat screen smart TV. WiFi throughout.

Please note that homes with elevators do not have living accommodations on the first floor. If you have members in your party that struggle with the use of stairs, we strongly recommend that you reserve a property on the ground floor. SeaBreeze Vacation cannot be held accountable for any malfunctions of the elevator and does not offer compensation.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Spacious 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome that is beautifully furnished. This unit also has a two-car garage, a full-size washer & dryer in the unit and all amenities.
The primary bedroom is located on the third floor that features a king size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub that will wash away the sand and salt after a hectic day at the beach. It also has a double vanity and walk-in shower.
Guest Room 1 is located on the third floor and features a queen-size bed, twin bunk beds and flat screen TV.
Guest Room 2 is located on the third floor and features a full bed.
Bathroom 2 is located on the third floor and features a tub/shower combo.
1/2 Bath located on the second floor.

This unit comfortably accommodates a group of 8.
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.
