This was a beautiful property, great location, short walk to the beach. Everything was as expected. Beautiful pool area. Enjoyed everything about our stay.

We are returning guest. Our first stay was in 2021. Since then, the interior of the unit we stayed in, has been beautifully upgraded. This really is steps from the beach and local restaurants. The pool/backyard feels like staying at a resort. One of the things we love the most is that we are able to bring our Goldendoodle on vacation with us. Can’t wait to book our next stay!

Local Staycation

Great pet friendly home directly across from beach. Love the heated pool and renting a golf cart was the perfect way to explore the area. We would stay here again!

Everything went great nice quiet street location is perfect to beaches restaurants and shops outdoor pool area was great and host was Quick to respond to any of our needs.

Great place to stay!

Location was perfect to everything we needed. We rented the upstairs and friends rented the lower level. We all loved the pool area and how close we were to the beach and Bridge Street. Highly recommended renting with friends or large families!

Great house and great location

I took my youngest daughter and three youngest grandchildren for a quick trip to the beach. This house was perfect for us. Awesome pool and quick easy access to the beach. Also easy walk to Bridge Street. Would definitely stay here again. Everyone had a great time.

Great Location and Pool

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect for walking to the Cortez Beach and Bridge Street shops/restaurants. Coquina Beach was an easy, short drive. The pool was fantastic and my kids really enjoyed it every day. The property was clean, attractive, and plenty of room for our family of 5. Highly recommend!

Great location and upper unit

Great visit, well appointed and as advertised. Only negative comment was that kayaks and paddleboards could use some maintenance which was shared with host. Pool and hot tub was great, location is ideal. Would rent here again.

Great place

The views of the beach and the bay were amazing. Just a few short steps to both! The pool was amazing! The house had everything we needed. Love the bed and shower! Rex was great to communicate with about everything and responded promptly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location to beach and bay, beautiful pool, lots to do

The location is excellent, so close to the beach and steps from access to the bay. We were able to take advantage of the calm waters of the bay while kayaking and paddle boarding. Then some nice walks and bike rides to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed a nice and relaxing time while here. The pool is a shared space with other tenants/renters in the home, but it all worked out nicely.

Beautiful! Charming

Very close to the beach. Clean, charming. Polônia shared but enough space for 2 families. Hot jacuzzi. We would have liked some complimentary coffee but besides that it was a perfect stay! We would stay here again.
