*The upstairs portion of the home is your completely private Short term rental. Please note that the lower level of the home is a separate long-term apartment with its own private entrance and designated parking area. There are NO shared indoor spaces between the short term rental  and the downstairs apartment.

Great place to stay! Super clean , amazing location , and great price . We walked around the neighborhood and people were super friendly. Pickleball courts super close by and the rooster run at Steele park was a few miles away. Highly recommend and we will be back if we are in the area!

House was very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. We had a great stay. Definitely will stay here again when back in town.

Property was definitely pet friendly! House is beautiful and appears to be brand new, everything truly looked like a new build, extremely well kept! Won’t hesitate to stay there whenever we travel to or through Bristol!!

This was a beautiful and comfortable home. Everything you could need for the kitchen(and I cooked alot while there). Sitting outside on the porch was so relaxing. Every evening we so a herd of deer make there way up the hill in front. It was a very quiet neighborhood and close to every thing you need, grocery stores and boutiques. My only suggestion is have a set of cotton sheets in the cubbard for those of us who have night sweats and dont like satin sheets in Summer. I will be booking again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great. It was so peaceful and even had a few deer so up in the yard one morning. The property was so clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend.

Our stay here was excellent. The place was clean and comfortable. Jerry our host was awesome. We cooked a homemade meal and had a great time at this property. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

This house was perfect for my needs and business trip. I will definitely book again next time my work brings me to the area. Jerry was an amazing host. Responded quickly to messages. Truly cares about his guests.

We loved this property. It was perfect for myself, my husband, and our daughter. Very clean, lots of fun things to do in the house, great location, and super comfortable. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again. The host was super accommodating and very responsive and check in/out and stay info was accurate and simple.

This property is super nice. Anyone would enjoy a stay here. Very, very clean with up-to-date tech. There was not one thing bad about it. The friendly host worked with me when I had to change the date on the reservation multiple times. An excellent experience.

Stayed while in town for business and will stay again if available. Beautifully decorated with local touches. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable from a throw to cuddle on the couch to a beautiful balcony deck with a view of the forest. Nice neighborhood that was very peaceful. This property had so much to offer from a mini pool table to corn hole boards and ping pong. Really enjoyed my stay!!

Jerry was great! Very communicative and welcoming. The location of the house was convenient to town and the interstate, was very clean, new, and comfortable. Downstairs neighbor did play loud music every morning (after 9am but still extremely loud, sounded like it was right in the room with you). I loved the idea of having the games in the space but I think for the size of the space it was just too cramped. We had to move the golf putting green to the laundry area because it was blocking the walkway to the bedroom and was a tripping hazard. And playing on the mini pool table required actually moving the table each time you took a shot. It would be better to just get rid of those indoor games for more space inside. My only other suggestion would be to get better towels and provide a better outfitted coffee station. Towels were not absorptive at all, very cheap material. Bed was ok but could have been much more comfortable. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay and very affordable with friendly host.

This property was perfect for my family on our way traveling to Florida from Pittsburgh PA. We were pulling a small travel trailer and had no issues with parking it. The place was super clean and the area very quiet. Loved waking up and seeing all the wildlife outside. Jerry was the most responsive host I have ever dealt with. We will definitely be staying again on our travels down south

Jerry’s property was perfect for our visit! The place is exactly as described. The woods in the back were beautiful and the front porch was thoroughly enjoyed. The constant sounds of nature were so calming. It rained while we were there and that was a huge bonus! Jerry was very responsive and came over right away with some things we asked for. We would definitely stay again!
