• POOL HEATING/COOLING — Optional electric heating/cooling is $55/night. Request ahead; water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
• POOL SAFETY — An in-pool alarm and child-safety locks on all patio doors leading to the pool provide added protection. Children must always have adult supervision around the pool, canal, and docks.
• BOAT LIFT — Advance approval and signed agreement required. Maximum 7,000 lbs, 26 ft long, and 9 ft wide, subject to boat compatibility.
• DOGS — Pet fee is $200 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog. Pet agreement required.
• GUEST PORTAL — All guests must log in to our Guest Portal before arrival to sign the rental agreement and upload their ID.
• SECURITY CAMERAS — For safety, exterior cameras cover the front entrance, garage entrance, boat lift, and kayaks. There are no cameras inside the home.
• BIKES — Please bring your own bike helmets.

This place is perfect! The owners have thought of everything. Great location for a manatee visit! My wife and 2 daughters loved the pool and even took the kayaks out on the water. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you are staying in Crystal River!

Such a beautiful home and very well appointed with everything you could possibly need! Very clean and super quick responses from the host! A very smooth check in and check out! We highly recommend and would come visit again!

We were more than pleased with the entire experience. The communication with the host and check in process could not have been better. The house and pool were very clean, the bathroom right off the pool was a great touch!!! The outdoor beverage fridge was great as well. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here!

The pool and the Florida room were amazing and everyone spent a lot of time out there! We had a fun time using the kayaks and exploring the canals. Macey was a great host, super informative about the house and things to do in the surrounding area. She was also so easy to get ahold of and responded very quickly!

We first discovered Crystal River on a family vacation to fulfill a bucket-list dream: swimming with manatees. We paired the trip with a few days in Orlando, but to my surprise, every one of our kids preferred Crystal River. My husband did too—though that part didn’t surprise me!
We fell in love with its laid-back Old Florida charm, friendly people, and come-as-you-are atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you can spend the day on the water and head to dinner in shorts and a fishing shirt.
Our family loves nature, animals, and outdoor adventures, so this quiet waterfront neighborhood felt like a natural fit. Kayaking from the backyard, catching crabs off the dock, and watching for wildlife are exactly how we love to spend time together.
