This place was great! Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of places nearby for dinning. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Also quick to respond to messages.

It was a great stay and wonderful hosts. The place was spotless and well organized. Very comfortable and convenient. Luckily it was quiet because there was no game at the college. Beautiful hiking trail 10 minutes walking distance from the condo. The host was a good communicator and easy to connect with. Bedrooms are really private and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The property was super clean and decorated nicely. The condo is set up in an open floor concept. We don’t like that there were no doors to the bedroom. We also only received one parking pass. Luckily the tow trucks weren’t out.

What a wonderful place to stay! We took our kids to their very 1st TN game & couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! It was even more beautiful in person. It was absolutely perfect - so close that we were able to walk to the stadium & enjoy the day! This was such a great experience for all!The decor was so perfect for the experience and the beds were super comfy. Our host was great - always available if we had any questions. Everything was so neat and clean.We definitely plan to return for the next game! Go Vols!

We were here to visit UTK. My husband, daughter and I. Location was close enough to walk to campus and Market Square (but we also took a few Ubers). The townhouse was perfect for us, we all had room to spread out. The pics online are a great representation of the unit. I wish we had the time to enjoy the outside deck! Janell and Jessica were very responsive. The Food Hall across the road had lots of good food choices. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again if we go back.

Beautiful property at a great location right across the river from the University of Tennessee! It was only a 7 minute drive to campus. The property was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely look to book here again if we are in the area in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Rocky Top! Jenell and Jessica were absolutely fantastic hosts and provided everything you would hope for in a VRBO experience. Communication was excellent, the home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and every detail made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.The house itself was wonderful—beautiful, relaxing, and equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. It was the perfect place to unwind and make memories with family and friends.We truly appreciated the hospitality and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great getaway!
