Well located, large home with excellent a/c. Love the area it is in as it’s convenient to everything. Hosts are responsive and invested in your stay.

This was the perfect location for our event held at the Convention Center. Near so many restaurants and places to visit. House was very clean, welcoming and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Lovely house in nice neighborhood, short drive to University campus and downtown Knoxville. Comfortable, clean and nicely decorated with thoughtful details throughout. Sits on a busy road so it is a little bit noisy at times which is to be expected and the outdoor furniture could use a little upkeep but the yard is large and well maintained. The hosts were communicative and responsive and check-in and out was smooth and simple.

House was great and spacious for our group. There were two parking spaces and a good size backyard. The backyard is not fully fenced but the gaps are adequately blocked. The house is in a great location very close to the university and downtown. Overall, we would stay there again.

We stayed at Urban Island for four nights over Easter weekend. It was the perfect respite for us and our dogs as we visited our son who is a student at UTK. The house was very well decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was flawless and we quickly got settled in for a relaxing weekend. The yard was perfect for our two dogs who were entertained by the local wildlife. We highly recommend this spot if you are visiting Knoxville.

Great property in a great location. Our host stayed in constant contact throughout our visit and made our stay super easy. Check-in and check-out was a seamless process. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Knoxville.

We loved the location as the neighborhood was very quiet and was close to where we needed to be. The home was very clean and communication with the property manager was excellent.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it! Very well equipped with comfy beds and pillows. Very clean.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The house is convenient to local shopping and restaurants. The home was well decorated and furnished. The owners ensure we had everything we needed and were very attentive. We will stay there again if we are in the area.

Excellent stay for traveling with our pet. Large yard made everything easier! House was clean and beds were super comfortable. For light sleepers, the downstairs bedroom could hear traffic noise.

Location is perfect! Customer service is exceptional! Full kitchen, I came in town for a family reunion was able to make banana pudding and broccoli casserole. Cooked breakfast and enjoyed the back seating area. My dogs were able to enjoy the back yard as well without being on a leash!! Great place to stay!

Perfect for game day weekend. Close enough to be there in a short Uber ride far enough to be away from crowds.
