The house was described perfectly and exceeded our needs. Most importantly to note, the host was amazing at communicating and correcting a small issue we had. When there is a hiccup the response and remedy is very important and the host exceeded my expectations. 10/10

Unique property

Great location, but the house needs work. Specifically, lack of electrical outlets in bathrooms, refrigerator didn't work properly, and master bath floor coating would peel and stick to bare feet. Positives: very open and well lit. Only steps to beach. Comfortable furniture

Great location

Perfect spot. Literally 2 minutes from the house until your toes are in the water. A 15-to-20-minute walk to Coligny Plaza along a shaded bike/walk path (about the same along the beach). The kitchen was much larger than we expected and had all of the basics. The back porch had a large fan that kept it comfortable even during the heat of the day. We didn't use the firepit, but we sat around it at night. The chairs were very comfortable. The only thing that was a negative for me was the stairs. Very narrow and steep. Getting luggage up there was a little tricky. Overall vibe was a hand-me-down generational family vacation house. Would definitely stay there again!
