Shelly was super friendly and a great host. We enjoyed her cinnamon rolls and other breakfast items. Great communication and the place was just as described, perfect for our little two day getaway. Definitely would recommend to friends and family and would stay here again.

Great stay! Perfect location just outside Manitou/Colorado Springs. Hottub was ideal for after long days of hiking and activities. Shelly was a great host and cinnamon rolls were delicious! Would recommend to any couple

Great and adorable place to stay. The hosts were great. Very small issue was a dog that barked occasionally. The location was great - between Woodland park and Manitou. Thanks for having us

Awesome place to stay. Very quiet to be in the back yard of the renters. Very clean and everything needed was available. The cinnamon buns was excellent!!!! Would stay again!!Thanks Shelly!!

Excellent little getaway spot nestled at the bottom of Pikes Peak. Manitou, Woodland Park and Colorado Springs are all very close. Shelley and Carl were great hosts!

We had the most amazing stay at this property! It was more than we could hope for. It is a very cute place in the mountains. The bed was so comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was amazing. I want to make the shower in my own home just like it. The hot tub was an extra bonus and so relaxing. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again sometime soon.

This is our second stay at this gem. As before, our hosts were wonderful and courteous to our occasion. Cinnamon rolls always the best treat, and our room was clean, well prepared and welcoming like home. Everything we could ask for in a weekend getaway for our anniversary. This stay helps relieve the stress of the go go everyday life and allows for that revitalization of energy needed to recharge.Always a pleasure and we'll be back soon.

We got all the needed info to check in 4 days before the date..We arrived 2 hours earlier than check in time, and they let us get in early. There were homemade cinnamon rolls for us with all the needed info for the area, restaurants and shopping. The room was decorated so nicely, very clean. It was perfect for us. Very quiet! We loved it and will be back!

We had a relaxing time in this lovely, quiet retreat. Everything was perfect! Our hosts were great communicators, but allowed us our privacy. We had everything we could ever need. Bonus: The hot tub was great after hiking and the cinnamon rolls were delicious. Thank you for the warm hospitality. Can’t wait to return.

My partner and I traveled up to CO for a wedding, and after a wonderful weekend, we feel so lucky that we found this place to stay! Such a clean, cozy space (and Shelly's scrumptious cinnamon rolls didn't hurt!).Couldn't recommend the space more!

Shelly and Carl were amazing hosts. The house was just perfect for my me and my husband. The bed was comfortable and being able to make coffee in the morning was a bonus. Peaceful, quiet and clean. What else could you want?!

Shelly was the perfect host and got us in last minute after our first VRBO didn’t work out. The place was beautifully decorated and noticeably cleaner compared to other places! Shelly goes above and beyond to make sure her guests feel comfortable and welcome. We greatly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend :)
