We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. Our grandkids were delighted with the games, books and smores by the campfire. Being so closet Grayson Highlands was a big plus.

This property is the perfect rental on a secluded farm with a view that is super clean and fully furnished for a family wanting to be close a Cafe and the Grayson Highlands. Karen was the perfect host and ready to make our stay feel like home. We really enjoyed our 2-night stay and would definitely come back again.

Very nice facility. No problems at all. Generous host, even left a few goodies for us. I will stay there again if I plan to be in that area.

We traveled to Virginia to attend a wedding & being from Florida, we wanted an amazing view of the mountains and changing leaves, and OMG, what an AMAZING piece of property! The photos do NO justice! This place is beautiful and FULLY stocked! Everything from a basket of happy snacks, a greeting card, to as much firewood and smores than anyone could ask for. The decor made you feel like you were actually on a farm! I laid out on the front lawn each night looking at more stars than I've ever seen in my life! I can't remember how many shooting stars I counted! If I'm ever in the area again, I know EXACTLY where I'm staying! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

A perfect spot for a mountain getaway! There are so many wonderful things to point out about this property and our hosts, but I will start with "Unmatched attention to detail". Karen and Dave thought of EVERYTHING to help make their guests comfortable and at home in this gem. The stocked coffee bar, the extra toiletries, the firewood for the firepit.... just a few examples. The house was decked out in charming fall decor and what a comfort it was to find somewhere that we could bring our two mini-aussies to enjoy a relaxed weekend with! There are very few locations that allow multiple dogs over 20 lbs. This made our stay perfect! We spent so much time enjoying the front porch views of the mountains and the deer. We had an outdoor issue that needed attention and it was taken care of immediately by the hosts. I can't say enough good things about this property and its location. We had a short drive to Grayson Highlands from here and got to enjoy the ponies. This area was very quiet and peaceful and I only wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back and have already recommended it to our friends.

We rented this adorable home for a family get together for 2 nights/3 days. The house was immaculately clean and so many personal touches made it feel like a home away from home! The location is gorgeous...perfect for quiet mornings on the porch!Karen was a SUPERB communicator and so accommodating to anything that we needed.We definitely plan to be back again!!
