Loved the quietness of the area. The unit was very nice. My wife loved it and wants to return.

We came down for the Christmas lights. When we decided to go on this trip, i searched the property we stayed at last year. Was not available. I contacted the property manager from last year to see if they had other properties. We chose this one and WOW was it nice. The pictures meet the product. You feel at home as soon as you walk in. Kitchen is well stocked wuth everything you would need to.cook with. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and that was the icing on the cake for this trip. The next time we travel to St. Augustine, we will definitely book with them again. If there was anything negative about the place is, if you have mobility issues, the condo was on the 3rd floor. But this did not cause use any issues. Again, thank you for a wondeful condo, great view, sounds of the waves and overall a nice lication

The condo is beautiful and spacious. It is an easy walk to pool and beach. Our host was very prompt to answer any questions we had within a few minutes. The only negative was that the complex’s trash bin close by was overflowing. Other than that, it was perfect.

Excellent location. 5 minute walk to beach and very close to pool. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment. The condo was very clean upon arrival. If you do a lot of laundry on vacation the washer/dryer is noisy and the washer is difficult to get into without hitting your head on the dryer. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. The furnishings throughout the condo are stylish and in good condition. The bathroom in the master bedroom is small and the shower door did not want to stay latched which made it difficult to keep the floor dry. The host is responsive and provides informative check-in and check/out instructions. Overall a nice place to stay!
