Lovely beachfront condo located at Sea Winds in Marco Island. Enjoy gorgeous beach views, sunsets, and dolphins frolicking in the Gulf of Mexico. Sea Winds Condominium offers swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, screened lanai, security, and elevators. Condo unit is located on the second floor and has a wonderful, amazing view of the entire beach. It's absolutely possible to see dolphins out in the water from the lanai!

Marco Island has something for everyone - fishing charters, shelling cruises, and boat rentals are some of the island favorites. Of course, we cannot forget our three and one-half miles of exquisite white sandy beaches! There are also numerous golf courses located within 15 minutes of Marco Island. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades; here you can enjoy a swamp buggy ride, airboat, or explore other excursions. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area, from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples.

Marco Island is the perfect vacation spot for people of all ages. It is a vacationer's PARADISE!! This two-bedroom unit is spacious and comfortable. It is well equipped with all the amenities you may need to enjoy your Marco Island vacation!

Great location on a beautiful white sand beach. Comfortable, spectatular view, has everything you need. We will definately go back! Excellent communication with owners.

Quick Get Away

We were disappointed with the property. There was a large musty smell if you closed the doors and turned on the air. The overall property had an over abundance of rules and was not very inviting. Don’t plan on cooking (even breakfast) as you have to have all your doors, front included open or the smoke detectors go off and the fire dept shows up. Will not stay here again

Wonderful location!

This is a lovely property in a great location! Easy access to the beach and pool, with all of the beach equipment included. Not too far away from shops & restaurants.

Marco getaway

First visit to Marco Island. This condo was very clean, had all amenities you need, and right on beach and oceanfront. Excellent location and condo for 2 people or small family of 3-4 ppl.

Another Great Stay!!!!

This was our second time staying here. We love the property! The balcony is an amazing place to enjoy the beach especially the sunsets. Dawn is amazing and always responds so quickly to questions! Place is clean and you just can’t beat the location!

Peace and quiet

The condo was very cozy and clean. The island Very laid-back. I loved collecting all of the shells. The restaurants were very nice. Everything was great.

Great Location!

The property is fantastic! Love the location—steps from the beach. I loved listening to the waves in the morning with my coffee on the porch. A lovely space.

Perfect family vacation!

The condo was perfectly set up, comfortable, and clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach, including a well stocked storage locker with umbrellas and beach chairs.

Perfect location made for a great winter getaway

Our stay here couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic, great beach view, easy beach access, walking distance to many places to eat. The unit is very comfortable and well equipped. We are already looking to see when we can book next winter's visit.

Great condo!

Condo was very clean and well equipped! Seawinds is an older complex but has been very well maintained. On site staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return!

Well-equipped great location with amazing views!

The property was perfect! Clean, well-furnished, and with all the necessary amenities needed for our family getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to make many meals at the condo. We enjoyed evenings lounging on the screened-in balcony. Beds were comfortable as well and we maximized our beach time due to the amazing location. I would happily stay here again!

Spacious

My family with 3 young children really enjoyed this condo, the 2 bedrooms+ pullout couch were wonderful! The balcony is huge and completely screened in so you don't have to worry about bugs (or little kids throwing items). The pool and hot tub were very nice, and clean, and you can't beat the proximity to the beach ☺️

Great condo

We loved this condo! The condo was perfectly cleaned! It had everything we needed for the week, including beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. The mattresses were very comfortable also. The view from the balcony is great, and we also appreciated the taller chairs on the balcony as you could see over the railing. Condo owners were excellent to communicate promptly and very helpful. We hope to stay in this condo next time!

fabulous condo

This is a fantastic condo on Marco Island. I have stayed in several other condos in this building but this one, we liked the best. You can use the stairs or the elevator and you still have a great view of the ocean from your balcony. The owner is wonderful to work with and very easy to contact. Everything you need is right there. We will continue to rent this condo every year. Thank you Dawn and Joe!

Ideal Location

This was our first visit to Marco Island and we were not disappointed in the condo or the location. The second floor ocean front condo with lanai was ideal for beach watching, relaxing or dining outside. Many good restaurants were a walk or short drive away. The Sunset Grille is located in the adjacent condo building. Day trips to Goodland, Everglades City and Chokoloskee were well within reach. Although Sea Winds is an older building the pool and grounds were well maintained.The condo itself was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The beds were somewhat soft for our tastes, but to each his own. A cozy place to spend a week or two.
